Unfortunately no one in this area has stepped up to compete. and until now I could tolerate there shortcomings. I started yesterday trying to make a grooming appointment. couldn't do it online. so I called and left a message. no return call. so I called and did reach someone. after 3 dogs and almost 10 yrs off and on using pet authority as a groomer, they want me to pay half up front because I forgot to cancel an appointment I had during a family medical situation that lasted for a couple months. I always tipped really well. I guess loyalty and generosity don't matter today. oh well. Somembody else will get the business and tip. I won't step foot on the place.

I know she'll never hurt anyone's dog, but she definitely knows how to deal with naughty ones like mine. Couldn't ask for a better and patience groomer! And groomer Eric loves on them while they're being good. He has cats so when he seems like he loves on them like his own!
