I started yesterday trying to make a grooming appointment. couldn't do it online. so I called and left a message. no return call. so I called and did reach someone. after 3 dogs and almost 10 yrs off and on using pet authority as a groomer, they want me to pay half up front because I forgot to cancel an appointment I had during a family medical situation that lasted for a couple months. I always tipped really well. I guess loyalty and generosity don't matter today. oh well. Somembody else will get the business and tip. I won't step foot on the place.

Selection is better than the big box stores. Always has something unusual, as well. Specializing in African cichlids, they have a breeding group of Mbunas, plenty of interesting plecos, swordtails, platies and two 18" pacus (not for sale).
