Amazing service!! We never used mobile pet grooming before, we've only done grooming at PetSmart. My husband saw the van in another community and gave them a call. Diego gave us a good price and offered an appointment on the same day!! They showed up on time, communicated throughout the process and finished within 2 hours. Our puppy looks so good!! They cut the hair to the perfect length, trimmed around her eyes and behind really well. Absolutely terrible. I had been grooming my dog here several times and every single time they would change the price of the service. Always claiming that their website stated that price was not only dependent on the weight of the dog. They love to shave dogs down to avoid having to actually put in the work to groom them. When they do shave the dogs down they shave them down to the skin not taking any care for how that's going to affect the dog in this Florida heat. Diego the owner was always unfriendly and rude over the phone when discussing the difference of prices you had booked and what they were wanting to charge. My dog always seemed scared of the groomer and would pee before going. I thought that it was just grooming he didn't like until now that he is with a different groomer he loves and actually runs to him instead of away from him. The last straw was having to take my dog to the vet because the groomer left a COTTON BALL in his ear that I didn't see until later when I noticed my dog scratching. When I reached out to Diego about it, all he said was that he would speak to the groomer. He did not offer a refund, a free next service, or anything towards the vet bill that they directly costed me. I would absolutely never recommend this company. read more

Do Not use this company...unless you really want to regret the damage performed to your pet. This is not a Grooming Company they just SHAVE your dog as this is the fastest path. Not only they do it fast but EXPENSIVE. For a Medium size dog under 46 pound they change over US$100. Several month ago they just to be a very decent company ....with good and dedicated groomers....now they don't really care about the pet but about the time and the money. They left my beautiful Yorkie unrecognizable. Usually other groomers give me her back with a bow in her head and Per Spaw instead shaved the crown of her head so short that will take months to be able to put a bow back on. The girl groomer was on her phone the whole entire time, didn't pay attention to my instructions of a Teddy bear cut and just did what she wanted, she left my dog looking like a turtle head. When I tried to contact the owner Diego, he gave me major attitude and tried to blame on me for not liking what they did, he argued back and forth for hours and never apologized or offer anything to make it better, the opposite, his attitude made me NEVER want to come back nor refer them to anyone. Pet grooming spaw came to groom my dog July 7 They trurned him with bruises on his face and burst blood vessels in both eyes (diagnosis by Vet) Their excuse was my dog may have been allergic to something, But you can tell by the bruises on his face that was not the case. Before you do business with with business, look at their negative reviews and how they respond to them because that's exactly how you'll be treated should you have a problem with them. I'm very disappointed in the way grooming was handled, but more than anything in the response I received when I messaged the company about my concerns and disappointment. I have a golden doodle and when they told my husband he was matted and had to be shaved, we thought it was the normal shaving that every groomer has done in the past, but instead the groomer shaved him completely, including his tail, his head and his ears. We still paid the groomer for her service and tipped her because at the end of the day, she still did the job whether I liked it or not. But we had never seen shaving of this magnitude ever, so I messaged them to let them know that we weren't happy and thought that maybe it could be because the groomer was inexperienced. They responded with pictures of my dog's ears, telling me how we hadn't groomed him in over two months, and basically making it seem like our dog was uncared for. I responded explaining that our dog had been groomed the previous month when he was at a doggy hotel while we were on vacation, and explained his ear situation. I had also written to them because they had kept his collar and they told me that they would ask the groomer to look for it. They also told me that I could have asked for a specific groomer, which I had done and when I told them I had asked for one in particular, they then replied by saying she was backed up that day. I asked to speak to someone on the phone rather than by text message because a lot can be lost through that form of communication and they assured me that someone would be calling me back the following Monday. It's going to be two weeks since they told me that and I'm still waiting on that call. As for the lost collar, they told me it wasn't found. That's it. They never made an attempt to correct this or reimburse us. It's not so much about the collar, but it had the Miami-Dade County Pet Registration tag and now that's gone. In the end, it's all about customer service and a simple phone call would have gone a long way. read more

Zero star would have been more appropriate. Anyone considering using these folks should explore your options. Contacted and made an appointment via phone. Was told cost would be $75 for bath, cut, massage, nail trim, teeth, and it would take 2ish hours. Not a horrible price in my experience. Groomer came out and was punctual, but it was an 8:00 am appointment. Knocked on the door about 30 minutes later that the dog was matted and she would have to shave him, so we said fine. About an hour and half I get a text from the owner that the service would now cost $100. I wrote him back that it was a steep difference and that it should be something they should anticipate and should at least have a discussion during the appointment. After another 30 minutes the groomer came back and shoved a phone in our face with a video she took of the dog's behavior and requesting our help to finish his groom. How dare you take a video of our dog, which is what finally drove me to write this review. At that point she was paid and sent on her way. The dog's ears were not trimmed and who knows what else didn't happen. As I told the owner, who didn't believe me, by the way, that dog's been groomed all his life and we have NEVER been told he's aggressive or tries to bite; he's a four year old very fluffy pompsky and grooming is part of his life. I dont appreciate being called a liar instead of admitting that his groomer was incompetent. She obviously does not know how to handle dogs well and should have had an assistant. If she can't handle him, she needs to hang up her apron. read more
