The vet is very thorough and takes his time to explain everything to you which I appreciate. They ladies at the front desk are lovely and they carry all the special food my cat needs.

I entrusted All Aboard Animal Hospital with Bailey's care and later discovered to be inaccurate laboratory results documented in his medical record. These documented laboratory results resulted in a three-day delay in Bailey receiving appropriate care, causing unnecessary stress and concern for both my puppy and me. When I became aware of the issue, I immediately contacted the hospital and requested that the Medical Director be notified so the matter could be reviewed promptly in my refund of 125$ exam fee be refunded due to incorrect documentation and false medication site and resulting in my puppy not being treated for 3 days since they are closed Saturday and Sunday. I was repeatedly informed by the registration staff, including Ilene and her fellow co-woker, that the Medical Director was on vacation. Ilene responded that she was not going to call the manager on staff for this issue Despite explaining that this involved a serious concern regarding Bailey's medical record and laboratory documentation, my requests to contact him were refused by both ilene and registration staff.they did not want to refund my exam fee although there medical staff made a huge mistake. I was also not provided with another manager or veterinarian with the authority to review or resolve the issue while he was away. As a pet owner, I expect a veterinary hospital to have procedures in place to address urgent concerns involving potential medical record or laboratory documentation errors without unnecessary delay. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency demonstrated in handling this matter. I am requesting that All Aboard Animal Hospital provide a written response addressing the inaccurate laboratory documentation, explain how this error occurred, describe the steps being taken to prevent similar incidents in the future, and work toward an appropriate resolution, including reimbursement if warranted. Due to the seriousness of this matter, I have submitted a complaint to the Florida Board of Veterinary Medicine and have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will also be documenting my experience through consumer review platforms, including Google and Yelp, so that other pet owners can make informed decisions. I appreciate the Better Business Bureau's assistance in facilitating communication and encouraging All Aboard Animal Hospital to address this complaint professionally. Hopefully no other pet lever will endurance this negligence in care of our beloved pet babies.7/13/26

I highly recommend Summers Animal Hospital been going there for years. I have an FIP survivor cat 4…read moreyears now since he finished his GS treatment finding a good vet that understands FIP following treatment is important and they were all on board he's doing great! Dr.Mounedji is an excellent veterinarian she's been treating Jettie for quite a few years now Christian and Erica in pharmacy are excellent! and very helpful! All the staff is great. The owner Dr Summers is excellent! they're very good about getting back with you and if there's a problem with your Pet, and they come up with a treatment plan for your Pet if it's sick, which I like. I have sent several of my customers to Summers Animal Hospital. I highly recommend.

I brought my dog in for a UTI on 6/8. Paid $185 for "technician apt, Dr Sarah Mounedji was staff…read morepresent -urinalysis and culture add on, yes a culture was done and anal expressed. They only gave her one med for 5 days once results came back treating 1 bacteria. Meds ran out uti was BAD peeing 14 times in 2 hours. No sleep for both of us for weeks, puppy pads everywhere. 6/12 got more meds $53 Cavomax. Meds ran out waited 2 days on no meds uti got worse from the waiting period of doing bloodwork, another exam fee, e-collar, allergy shot another $487 by Dr Hannaka. Brought my other dog here just for office visit and allergy shot. Total for both dogs spend was $1200. At the end of the second drug they switched the drug to rx# 243051 1/2 pill a day which is laughable used by itself, it did nothing! So from 6/8-7/13 summers animal hospital could not/would not help my dogs UTI. The last thing Summers told me was "we can't help her you need to take her to see an INTERNIST " after hundreds of dollars for a uti-I took her to another vet office I used to go to and been open for over 30 years spent $200 for office visit and meds-meds-l gave the other vet all the bloodwork, urinalysis and culture from summers -other vet office immediately knew summers was ONLY treating 1 bacteria and not 2 bacteria's present and that treating 1 bacteria she would have NEVER got better. I got a lot of attitude from the dr, summer animal hospital did not do a thorough job. Summers animal hospital MISDIAGNOSED my dog by trying to only treat 1 bacteria and not 2. Needless to say my dog is much better from a 10 minute visit at the other vet animal hospital, that took the time to go over the results from summers. My dog Isabel responded immediately to Simplicef 100mg and Ciprofloxacin 250mg treating Both bacterias. I wasted so much time, aggravation, for over a MONTH for a UTI- my dog suffered, hundreds of dollars spent. I do not recommend summers animal hospital. They have a lot to learn. STAY AWAY Seiler animal hospital viewed the previous lab work and culture done at summers. The bacteria staphylococcus pseudintermedius. Summers did not treat Isabel with the correct meds for 3 weeks. That's complete negligence causing the uti to go on for weeks and then trying to have me have more tests done! Admit your fault summers misdiagnosed Isabel. This should have never happened and yes summers animal hospital owes us! They shouldn't be treating uti's. She would have never gotten better treating just 1 bacteria. Why pressure the client to do more cultures when this was shown on the very first culture???!?! Carmen L. (M is from my maiden name in case they make up more excuses and not taking accountability for what they did)

All large breeds, living 13 to 15 years due to love and attentive medical care over the decades. Dr. Phillips strives to understand unique nature and temperment of each dog. Some friendly, some maybe not so much, some calm, some frenetic. She immediately defuses any anxiety or fear felt by dogs by sitting on the floor - at their level -- showing she is there to maybe play (all while she is doing her expert thing). Dr Phillips doesn't just give annual shots. When something is awry with any of our dogs, she mines down into the deep, identifying potential conditions needing specialized treatments. Not the happiest of news as a dog owner but if your dog is truly a member of your family, news that is needed. Dr Phillips' referrals for more extensive work (cancer, broken teeth, torn joints) have been 100% spot on with referred parties being top of class whom, while I hope to not see anytime soon, I would go to in a heartbeat should similar conditions arise. Can't say enough about my comfort with Dr Phillips being the gatekeeper for all my family's 4 legged family members. My biggest concern about Dr Phillips is that she retires (not that she doesn't deserve some R & R!). No such thing as plug and play replacement for Dr Phillips. Kudos to Dr Phillips. PS Written by an old guy who given the choice would choose being around dogs versus most people. Have a great day with your dog!

We arrived at the clinic late at night with our kitten, who had a large and deep abdominal wound, and were promptly attended to. From the beginning, everything was handled with clarity and professionalism. We were provided with detailed information about the surgical procedure, which helped us feel informed and reassured during a stressful situation. The pricing was also more reasonable compared to other clinics, and we appreciated the availability of QR codes linking to resources for emergency financial assistance. Additionally, the clinic offered a meaningful discount for cash payment, which made a significant difference for us. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the care my kitten received. Thanks to Dr. Kiser and his team, he is now safely back home and recovering well.

We waited a very reasonable time to be seen by Dr. Schneider, who was excellent. She flushed my rabbit's nasal passages to remove any hay that might have been stuck, then prescribed meds. The tech and front desk were equally as pleasant and thorough. My rabbit is fine today and I wouldn't hesitate to take either of my bunnies for care during off-hours when my regular exotic vet isn't available. The facility was very clean and conveniently located.
