My family has been using this vet since we've been in Auckland, and for the most part, they've been exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable vets. They spent a great amount of time just teaching us a few tricks to help train our very active, spastic dog. This was very kind, and made a difference. Our only bad experience has been with their people skills, as when our cat broke her leg a second time (because the original surgery was not successful) they hounded us to get her leg chopped off or to have another bout of surgery we couldn't afford. We firmly believed she was healing on her own, and she did. She's happy as anything and walking fine! They apologized when they realized how well she was doing, but would've been nice of them to take our word for it. So I would recommend these guys as great vets, but wary of this particular fault. read more
