2 of my 3 dogs have been treated here and we could not be more happy. The staff and Doctors and friendly, professional, and caring. My dogs have recovered quickly and smoothly due to the expert care they received and clear aftercare instructions provided. This is the only place I will take my pets for dental care!

I highly recommend Pet Dental Center if your pet needs dental work ! They actually care about their patients I can vow for that in my own personal experience . My 15 year old chihuahua Cheech has a heart arrhythmia and had severe periodontal disease. The Veterinarians and their assistants wanted to make sure he would be okay to go under anesthesia. So they had a nice cardiologist referral for him which I am grateful they wanted to make sure he was okay and wasn't just wanting money . We was able to get him into the cardiologist pretty fast after our initial appointment at the dental center. He was in the clear to go through with the surgery . Last Monday February 19th he went under anesthesia and had the remainder of his teeth removed. I can't rave how good the communication was between this clinic and myself the day of Cheechs procedure. I dropped him off at 8 am and I recieved check up calls at 9, 10, and 12:30 before his surgery. I received another call when his surgery was finished at 1:33 and I picked him up around 5 pm. They sent us home with the proper meds ! Plenty of pain meds for him. He wasn't too uncomfortable at all. We stayed ahead of the pain. The antibiotics really kicked in and helped and I can say After 9 days he is back to eating his diet and seems to be enjoying his life allot more . Whats Best is his breath no longer stinks and i believe he is no longer in discomfort from the periodontal disease.

Happy Furbaby 2 weeks after dental surgery! Look at that smile!

Dr. Mary Holly Castro (who works at Estero) owns MandMAussiesofNorthCarolina, now in Florida. After also looking for a second Aussie puppy, I saw their GoFundMe page they started for their dog, Nola. They bred Nola for multiple litters without doing any hip testing first--which is the bare minimum for any responsible breeding program. It turns out Nola didn't get checked until she was three and she was then diagnosed with Grade III Hip Dysplasia, the most severe form there is. This was done by a a licensed DVM! The OFA has charts posted on their website that says a female with Grade III Hip Dysplasia paired with a male with Good (Passing) OFA hips still produces 31.5% puppies with hip dysplasia, meaning a litter of 9 will have 3 puppies with hip dysplasia. That's IF they tested the male's hips. No wonder she is not on the team members section of their website. At AKC puppy prices, two or more litters that they had from her could have been used to replace Nola's hips multiple times over. So why wait six years and then ask complete strangers to pay for it on GoFundMe? To me, it's a massive red flag regarding the ethics of this program and this vet clinic as a whole.

I am sharing this so other pet owners know how important it is to trust their instincts. My first experience with Florida Veterinary Referral Center (May 2024) was outstanding. Dr. Glander provided exceptional care during my cat's CHF diagnosis--thorough, compassionate, and highly communicative. Because of that experience, I trusted this facility without hesitation. My most recent emergency visit was completely different and deeply concerning. I was referred urgently for sudden hind leg weakness, with concern for a possible saddle thrombus. The initial ER veterinarian, Dr. Tucker, recognized the severity immediately and recommended urgent diagnostics. After a shift change, care was transferred to Dr. Dinah Fuelling, and this is where my concerns escalated. There was a delay of several hours before basic diagnostics were completed, despite the urgency of his condition. During that time, my cat had clear hind leg weakness, instability, and was repeatedly falling--something observed by my family and acknowledged by staff. Despite this, I was told no abnormalities were observed. Equally concerning were the overall communication and bedside interaction. I was visibly distressed and emotional throughout portions of this visit while trying to advocate for my cat. I asked multiple detailed questions regarding his condition and treatment plan. My experience was that these concerns were met with limited engagement, and at times I perceived frustration and dismissiveness in the responses I received from Dr. Feulling. I was also told that his lab work--including kidney function and electrolytes--was normal. That did not align with what I was seeing. Because of that, I made the decision to seek care at another emergency hospital. At the second facility, his condition was immediately recognized as serious. Imaging confirmed acute congestive heart failure exacerbation and cardiac thrombosis requiring oxygen, IV medications, and hospitalization. I was also informed that his creatinine was elevated and that he was showing signs of impaired kidney function--something that is critically important in managing cardiac patients. This was not a subtle difference in opinion--it was a completely different clinical picture. The second ER team listened, explained, validated concerns, and treated both my cat and me with compassion and respect--exactly what any pet owner should expect in a crisis. I understand emergency medicine is complex and fast-paced. However, what I experienced--from Dr. Fuelling-- was a deeply concerning disconnect including the combination of delayed diagnostics, dismissal of observable symptoms, and the overall lack of alignment between my cat's condition and the care decisions being made. In this case, I experienced what I believe to be a combination of poor clinical judgment, delayed care, dismissal of clear symptoms, and unprofessional communication under Dr. Fuelling's care. Given the significant difference between my first and second experiences, I cannot confidently recommend this facility based on my most recent visit. My intention in sharing this is simply to provide an honest account so that others can advocate for their pets and seek additional opinions when needed. For transparency, I have included portions of the cardiology discharge summary and lab results referenced above.

That is exactly how I feel when I think about Dr. Rick Lee and the extraordinary team at EasyVet. For four years now, they have cared for my two little girls, my senior chihuahuas, my whole heart, with a level of compassion and dedication I didn't even know existed in veterinary medicine. I have taken my girls to many veterinarians over the years, including specialty hospitals and board‑certified surgeons. None, absolutely none, have ever come close to the sincerity, gentleness, knowledge, and confidence that Dr. Lee brings into every single appointment. He listens. He explains. He cares. He encourages. And he shows it in everything he does. He treats my girls as if they were his own, and that is something you cannot put a price on. Recently, my thirteen year old girl, Holly, developed a massive lipoma that several veterinarians hesitated to remove. A specialty hospital quoted me thousands, over $2500 for a CT scan alone, and more than $4000 for the surgery, and still didn't give me the reassurance I needed. I don't discredit their work, but something in my heart told me to trust Dr. Lee instead. And I am so grateful I did. Dr. Lee was thorough, thoughtful, and precise. He performed every test that was actually necessary, nothing more, nothing less. He explained everything with kindness and confidence. And when it came time for surgery, he did it perfectly. My Holly came out safe, comfortable, and healing beautifully. The relief I felt is something I will never forget. There is nobody like Dr. Lee. Truly. His compassion is unmatched. His knowledge is extraordinary. His humility is rare. And his love for animals is something you can feel the moment he walks into the room. I trust him with my girls' lives, and I always will. Always. To Stephanie, Angelique, Summer, and every single member of the EasyVet team: thank you. Thank you for your warmth, your patience, your kindness, and the way you treat my girls like family. You are all part of why I will never go anywhere else. And to you, Dr. Lee, if you ever read this, I hope you know how deeply you are appreciated. I hope you know how much comfort you've brought into my life. I hope you know that my girls love you just as much as I do. You are one of a kind, and I am endlessly grateful for you. Stated they do this for ALL their birds. Put a used syringe with gabapentin in a pill bottle with liquid medication in its own bottle, liquid med spilled inside pill bottle, used peanut butter syringe inside and top closed.
