I filled out an online sign up, I was then called by a sales guy who had zero ability to answer any questions. I am hung up on and when I call back I get another girl who seems to have no idea. The reason I would like to sign up for this service is to clean a litterbox. I'm told that I can only buy that as an add on for a dog service. Well, because I don't have a dog that seems wasteful. The result is I get to pay over double the money for half the service and to boot I have to drag the litterbox outside which is what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Do better with customer service and services offered. read more

Having just hired this service - my initial experience was positive. Linda was responsive to quote requests and setting up services once terms were agreed. We received daily service - and then no service yesterday, 09/19 - without call or notification. I initiated cancellation of the service today, 09/20 - and was advised that service was paid through 10/11 and would not be refunded. As a service business, I find it disappointing not to prorate services based on the service period. Caution if you sign up - you will NOT receive credit for prepaid funds should you cancel. read more

I found Pet Butler to be inconsistent and sub par. Richard the owner is a flake. My usual time on Thursday was between 9-10am for approximately six months. Kelly did the work and was an excellent communicator. When she went on vacation she informed me Richard, the owner, would substitute. He ignored a third of my yard and what he did work on he left five poops not scooped. So I was forced to tell my gardener not to come that day. The following week I explained to Kelly that there would be extra poop because Richard missed so much. She was gracious and cleaned up the yard. This week 8/25 no one had come and it was 11:30. So again I had to cancel my gardener who was due in 30 minutes. I tried getting in touch with Kelly but she didn't answer my text or phone call. I texted Richard and he said " I came at 8:00am. He never gave me ANY notice that the time would be different or that he had come at all. When I complained to him he said "We don't have to give you any notice for anything". Then he called corporate and said that I canceled the service. He acts and sounds like a sweet old man ( he's 70 ) but he's condescending and very very unprofessional. When there's a drastic change in time YOU INFORM YOUR CLIENT!! I Because he never informed me he had come at all I was forced to once again cancel my gardener. Have some Common business sense! I immediately found another company whose motto is Customer Service First. read more
