Great communication and care was taken with our pack of five. We will be repeat customers.

Normally I'd bring her with me but unfortunately I'm unable bring her with me this time around since I'm flying out. After doing some research on Yelp and reading the great reviews for this place, I decided to take a tour of the facility a few weeks ago. They informed me they require an evaluation session beforehand to determine if they can accept my dog. Today we had our evaluation session. The staff is pretty stellar and very friendly. You can tell they are passionate in what they do and are very knowledgeable. This being Peaches first time ever being in a daycare I was a bit worried but after meeting the staff and handing her off this morning I knew she was in great hands. I felt so relieved after her evaluation today that I have complete confidence that I could trust these guys to take care of my girl and make her feel at home while I'm away on my trip. This facility is top notch. They offer a wide variety of boarding options with even some luxury options to fit your dog's needs. The facility is very clean. Again they have an amazing staff that is very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to bringing Peaches back when I leave for my trip at the end of the month knowing my girl is in great hands. Thanks K9 Resorts! See you soon!

Nov 25th -- 2nd part to updated Review…read more James Turner, stated Temporary Regional Manager for Canine Country Club & Boarding reached out to us via voicemail- We returned his call & as of today haven't heard back yet- He states he is flying up to meet with Billy & wants to get our side of this- We look forward to sharing that info-Even though it may be a bit difficult as I just had oral surgery- See attached VET invoice for latest incident- This is for the latest VET visit. Unfortunately this isn't the only immediate VET care we have sought out after Canine Country Club boarding- Unfortunately it didn't dawn on us until now, that Canine Country Club boarding & Vet urgent care happened simultaneously- The first incident with CCC was a wound Bernie sustained to his right flank- Canine Country Club actually documented this incident- The wound was a circular area approx 4 cm diameter that exposed flesh- That also included a VET bill which isn't attached & happened under the care & grooming of Canine Country Club. We initially thought he had a cancerous lesion that needed to be biopsed- it took awhile but eventually healed-It could have been a grooming cut Or even a bite to his flank tWhatever the case- We look forward to resolving all these matters on behalf of our pet & other pets who rely on their owners to care for them safely, free from harm-

I got my cat a skylight suite that has vertical space, many perches and a tree trunk for him to climb. I visited first and was impressed by how clean the cattery was. No smells, and the kitties there all had clean litter boxes. There are options for play time in a large suite with toys and climbing tree, which I chose. My cat seemed content when I picked him up. He was on the top most perch, watching all the activity through the glass doors. No issues, and he was fine when we got home. Staff are friendly and diligent about keeping the place immaculate. I definitely will use them again when I need to board my kitty.

If you're anything like my family, you love your dog! Oh, and yes dogs rule, while cats drool!…read moreSorry, I just had to get that off my chest! Anyway, despite the fact that you love your dog, you can't always bring her with you. Am I right? Especially if your girl is a larger dog (big girls need love too), sometimes it's best to just leave the old girl at home. But there's the catch! Unlike a cat, you just can't leave Spot unattended! Dogs need that human interaction, unlike cats that really don't give a rat's ass about you. So, what do you do? You either find a family friend and impose (how rude), or you find a kennel. We chose the latter! Happy Tails is ran by the nicest dog loving woman you might ever meet. Fret not crazy cat people, she probably has a soft spot for cats too if you're in need. Nevertheless, the rates are fair, you can either bring your own food or she'll feed them hers, and she throws in a nightly treat. In addition, you can bring something personal so your dog isn't too sad. We brought our dog's bed with us as we dropped her off so she'd be a tad more comfortable and not so depressed. If you're in need, Happy Tails has got your six! Give 'em a go, you'll be glad you did. Administrative note: Don't trust GPS to get you there, it's wrong! Take the Carnuel Road exit off the 40 as you're traveling East. Go across old Route 66 and stay to the left. Keep going past Silver Hills LN (even though the address is 1 Silver Hills LN) and it will be on your right. Try to go before it gets dark to alleviate your anxiety. Cheers!

Staff are super attentive and nice, know my dogs Luna and Moody, take great care of them, they're always happy to go in, just waltz right in. Also good seeing consistent staff, same faces which was not the case at the previous place we used. It's all indoor, separated by weight which is also one of the best parts of Aries. Currently only open Tuesday through Friday likely due to staffing. Wish they were open more days! They are a little more expensive than the previous place we used, but worth it. Kong meal/snack is extra or included however you wanna look at it. They do have packages to bring the cost down, pay more up front for multiple days. I think comes out to about $27 a day with the package. They do have an extensive weeding out process which is good because it ensures only quality dogs are there, make sure they get along with other dogs, do ok in the kennel for a period of time. They also require vaccinations and tick/flea prevention. Notes I took when considering them v. Others: * Fecal exam giardia, parasites and coccidia within last 6-8 months * Flea and tick treatment, natural essential oils too ok * Intro 15 min then 1 hr later day free, T-F 830-1030 or 130-330 * hours: 7-1115, crate till 1245, back out till 415 then crated until end of day 6 * $1 per meal regardless if bring food or not * All indoor * No vet on call but has set up with vet nearby * No overnight * Grooming $45-55 * Walk in daycare * $30 full day * Buy 9 get 1 free or buy 17 get 3 free non-refundable Hope this helps other neurotic pet parents like me! We love Aries and am glad they exist for our pups! Especially love the staff! Thank you!
