Very Unprofessional and Unreliable. This man was never able to rid the rats from my loft space in the 10 months that he visited. He would not always turn up within the 2 weeks to check his CHEAP bait and even now after taking another £200.00 has not checked the rat stopper he placed on neighboring property. A very expensive time and should never be allowed to continue.The damage to my property has now run into thousands of pounds with having to again rewire my property etc and also lost of income.
