Things were either not cleaned or cleaned very badly. Tracey was given the opportunity to rectify the problem but this did not happen. She then offered a refund, which never appeared. I too tried to reclaim my costs through the courts - Tracey said she would pay me back in full but payments have never been made, which means I am even more out of pocket. Please do not have any dealings with her or her associates.
