This is much better than the only other provider in town H Samuel who invariably decide to send it away to preserve the 'splashproof' only to return it to you 3 weeks later (and £25 down) and tell you that it is no longer watertight and they could not re-effect the seal adequately. More complicated services are on a collect basis but provided within a good timescale (usually within a week) and at a fraction of the cost of other providers. Excellent service from a couple who have been in the business for a long time. Inspires trust.
