Then they took 3 months to figure out they were trying to charge my expired credit card. We offered to pay by cheque if they would come back and fix the pest issue that they didn't fix on their last visit. Their website says they do free call-backs if there are unresolved issues - seems it's not true. They made 3 appointments to do the fix and pick up our cheque and never showed up on any of the appointments. They lied and claimed they showed up, though we have cameras to prove they never arrived. I still have the cheque on my kitchen counter 4 months later. Instead of actually trying to address the situation, they turned the issue over to a nasty credit collection agency. The technicians were great. The management has no idea what customer service means.

I had one stain that I wanted removed on a large white 'chair and a half' so I decided to get that chair along my (matching) couch and Queen Anne chair cleaned with EcoSuds to support a small local business. Thank goodness I did NOT waste my money on getting them to do my downstairs/family room furniture and carpets done at the same time because it was a COMPLETE waste of money! They not only did NOT REMOVE THE STAIN, BUT ADDED STAINS to my large white chair!! Their method left dripping stains all down the bottom front panel of my chair and I had to fight to get them to come back out but it STILL looked as bad!! The owner, Shamus told me that the original stain was the 'best he could do' after trying to 'clean' it again, and supposedly cleaned the mess made by his wife and daughter ~ which came right back after it dried! It took me approximately two YEARS to be willing to trust anyone again but my friend had highly recommended ABERDEEN so I decided to give them a try regardless of cost. I was very pleasantly surprised that their prices were quite similar to EcoSuds so I took the leap of faith and had Corey come and do my nasty looking white chair and matching couch along with 3 bedrooms. Not only did Corey get out the stain that EcoSuds said that they couldn't, but cleaned the stains EcoSuds left behind on my front panel! Aberdeen explained to me that, the reason his job was so superior to all the other companies I had previously used was because his machinery was so superior.  Apparently the machine EcoSuds brought into my house is worth between $2,000-$3,000; whereas Aberdeen has a $50,000 piece of equipment that is actually in his vehicle and all the dirt and wet gets sucked right out to that machine in the truck! Obviously it is a very superior method
