Oh, they said nothing, no apology, just sent out technician to ad play sand to all the new bald spots in yard that they created. I ask technician when there done with spraying other people's yard with weed killer, do they clean out the tanks before going to someone house to spray fertilizer, they said NO, the product get diluted enough, that it won't harm yard. Well, they done this twice to me, the technician comes out to yard walks up the middle of yard and has a small stream spray, insted of a fan spray and hit speratic areas, not the whole yard, also watch out for schrubs that might have been in his path of spray, because they too are going to die, like my $200 Japanees Maple, dead now. I have filmed the techniican several times doing this scheulded vist. Same pattern every time, aren't they supposed to spray all my yard for $600 a year. Don't let the old name Paul's Pest Control fool you, my understanding they are under new ownership. Don't let all those five-star ratings fool you either, now a days those can be bought and paid for, on Google or anywhere else.

I had a great experience with this company, from start to end…read more I came home from an extended trip to find a bunch of small, blank insects in the kitchen and dining room- I had no idea what they were and tried some home remedies, but no avail. I sent online inquiries to a couple of exterminators in Tallahassee, and Arrow was the first to call back. I explained the situation, and had someone scheduled in a few days. The exterminator came (wore a mask too, even though it was not necessary), identified the insects as sugar ants, and put some poisonous (not toxic) bait in my kitchen and sprayed the outside of the house. What puts them above and beyond was that I had to call them a week later because the ants did not go away, so the same exterminator came back and put more bait around; this second go-around did the trick. This was at no additional cost, which was so great. The customer service from the start to finish was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable as well. I hope I do not have to call them again, but if I do have pests I will be sure to call them!

I called one week later, the weeds had not responded except to grow more. He said to give more time, and I did.
