We've been using Standley Pest Control for almost a year, and until now, I had never felt compelled…read moreto leave a review because we weren't completely satisfied with the service. That changed with our most recent visit. The technician who had been servicing our home since day one was usually in and out in less than 15 minutes. We later learned that she was no longer with the company, and this time we were assigned a different technician, Skyler. The difference was immediately noticeable. Skyler spent nearly twice as much time treating our home, and it quickly became clear why we had continued to see bugs despite being on a regular service plan. In fact, we had canceled our last appointment because we were questioning whether to continue paying for a service we weren't happy with. However, we decided to reschedule and give them one last chance, and we are so glad we did. We were pleasantly surprised when Skyler arrived instead of our usual technician. Skyler's visit helped us realize that the issue was never Standley Pest Control itself. Every interaction we had with the office was timely, professional, and courteous. Ultimately, the real issue was that we hadn't yet experienced the level of service the company is capable of providing. He took his time, was thorough, and made us feel confident that the job was being done properly. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to do the job right showed us the level of service we had been hoping for all along. More importantly, he completely changed our perception of the company. We were seriously questioning whether to continue the service, but after Skyler's visit, we felt reassured that we had made the right decision to stay with this company. If this level of service continues, we'll be recommending this company every chance we get. Thank you, Skyler, for restoring our confidence in Standley Pest Control and reminding us what great customer service looks like.

Wouldn't recommend I am updating my review to say they did a good job when they came but the issue wasn't resolved and the complaint mainly centers on the no show 3 times. My time is just as valuable and I had to reschedule others those 3 times. So, I don't do business with a company that can't be considerate in their scheduling.

We had already been wondering if we needed to do something about the bugs around the perimeter, but the roaches convinced us. The same day I called B&C Pest Solutions, Chris came to do an assessment. The following day, he arranged treatment inside and the outside perimeter as well as preventive termite protection. After the treatment, Chris set insect trap/monitors and, about 3 weeks later, when I called to report what we had, the next day, Chris was here to re-treat, at no additional charge. In addition, Chris took whatever time we needed to answer questions regarding the different types of pests in the area, and which we needed to be concerned about. - Great service all around.
