We bought the house in Nov. 2018 after it had been empty for a while and bank owned during that time. We've also had a continuous struggle with ants of various types. The sales person was courteous and the technician performed diligently. He checked in with me a few times during the treatment to ask questions to determine if some areas needed extra treatment. If they did, he took care of it. He applied precise chemical treatments that did not leave puddles on hard surfaces, "shadows" on floor trim, or "spotting" on carpets The litmus test for me is the number of bugs -, especially spiders - that I see walking Frankenstein style across the open floor in the daylight after a treatment. The more I see, the better I know the treatment worked. The next morning, I was happy with what I saw inside. I can also see diminished ant activity outside. The tech gave clear instructions on the time I should wait to mow my yard and how long to keep my pets and children away from treated areas.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Reggie & Jennifer, the owners of Oklahoma Wildlife…read moreControl. I posted several weeks ago about an issue my mom was having with squirrels in her attic that chewed through her air conditioning line. The company she originally called gave her a quote of 6k to remove the squirrels and to conduct "necessary" removal, preventative and maintenance to ensure her home was "safe" for her to stay in. Needless to say that individual was basically a scam artist who took advantage of my mom w/fear tactics. I found Oklahoma Wildlife Control via FB and did additional research to find out their credentials, history and anything else I could find out to make sure my mom wasn't scammed again. Reggie & Jennifer w/OWC were sympathetic, knowledgeable, respectful, gracious, giving, caring, and went above and beyond to do everything possible to make a bad experience good. Reggie is considered an expert in this field and has helped to write regulations and the certification test for this industry. He even made a call to the owner of the company that my mom first called and was able to get all of her money back. They have been a true blessing to our family and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are in need of any kind of wildlife removal services call them!

Updated review Moxie called after i posted this review on…read moreGoogle, yelp, and 2 BBB Complaints against Moxie Pest Control LLC and Moxie Pest Control LP. Moxie did not mention the reviews but did reverse the 150$ charge. For that i'll bump them to a 2. I appreciate them reversing the charge, but i do not like that this has taken 3 calls and me posting 4 public complaints before i get anything handled. Sticking people into contracts when you are not holding your end of the deal is not the right thing to do. I appreciate you correcting your mistake. ---- Moxie came to my home and performed 3 services, after the first service i noticed for the first time a mouse in my house that i was able to get rid of (without moxies help) and i noticed i was getting more ants than ever before in my yard. So i asked moxie to come and they sprayed again, to which i noticed my yard getting WORSE again. Moxie comes out again, final service. This time same thing, i have paid in full up until that point no issues. I call moxie again and tell them i want to swap services because their service wasn't working for me. Then they tell me I'm being charged a early termination of a 1 year contract a fee that was 150$ and if i had just gotten 1 more service with them would've instead only cost me 100$? Business is shady i refuse to pay this 150$ they are trying to charge 1.5% on top of that 150$ every month if i don't pay it too. Absolutely not i will not be forced into paying for a terrible service. I swapped companies and within the VERY FIRST SERVICE of the other company I've noticed absolutely no issues. I called moxie to dispute these charges 2 months ago, at that point i told them the same thing quit contacting me, your service did not work. Please show me in the service agreement where it said Moxie can pretend to spray my yard with some magical spray that is apparently useless, and never actually help me get my yards pest problem under control. I bet it doesn't say that. Do not contact me again. Do not expect me to ever pay this 150$ For any consumer thinking of buying them. These guys are some grade A car salesman they make theirproduct sound great then leave you hanging when they donothing for you. Then try to charge you for something THEY DIDN'T DO AND HAD BEEN PAID IN FULL UP UNTIL THAT POINT.

Zero stars! This company is ran by untrustworthy, price gouging THIEVES!…read moreBeware and know that the positive Google reviews mean NOTHING and positive reviews for the BBB mean NOTHING. Look at every bad review and believe it. These people sold us a termite treatment for $2200 dollars that is basically BS and only comes with a one year warranty. We had a home inspector come by in a different occasion for another issue and we brought this up to him and his exact words were "Moxie is notorious for pulling crap like this". The home inspector also offers a more effective liquid treatment for $400 that comes with a TEN year warranty! When we called to cancel service they also told us that they will come dig up the termite traps. We told them after paying well over 2 grand that they should be our property. But no. They said it's just part of the treatment. Please learn from our experience and the salesman to f*** off if they come to your door.

After 4 calls to the office and speaking to him personally once, STILL NO EMAIL with the quote! Keep in mind, that I explained, to everyone, that the situation was dire!!! Spoke to Jessica and she did her best but, there is no way I can recommend this company. I overheard, during the 4th call to the office, this time Jennifer answered (only 2 calls to Jeremy since last Saturday). Jeremy said that he will get it sent out when I can (the rest was unintelligible) "...but the guy keeps calling..."), alluding to my basically pestering him and not allowing him to do his job apparently. Point is that after the home visit, showing the location of the ants and the promises, I still have yet to be serviced! Not sure how gentleman is still employed with such substandard work habits.!!! After the first initial visit- terminix set one way traps, but didn't come back out to finish the service. They are back and tearing into my house and attic and we have called 4 times to schedule for exclusion AGAIN and the first 3 times- they confirmed an appointment with us- only for that day to come and they didn't show up and we are told it was never actually scheduled. The fourth time- they came out and only spent 10 minutes replacing two soffit vents (they should be replacing all of them.) They then proceeded to argue with my husband on what the manager said to do. He spoke to the manager and inspector and both said that they would resolve it and we have not been able to get in touch with anyone or get this resolved. I spoke to Shontae in the corporate office who said that the Edmond branch would be out here or calling me within 48 hours and we are at the 48 hr mark and have not received a call.
