Off the bat, they were very quick to get back to me and contacting them was seamless. This company is easy to work with and very responsive. The agent that is helping is Eric Castanares. I cannot speak more highly of him. Eric is very informative and goes the extra mile when trying to meet my needs. I appreciate the fact that he followed up with me via phone and email. My situation is complicated, but Eric is researching for me and keeping me in the loop, I really appreciate that he is explaining what is happening at every step and that he sets a realistic expectation of things going forward. In short, this is a top notch business and they are lucky to have someone like Eric on the team. Thanks again Eric!

In 2009 my daughter had a very severe auto accident and they assisted us with both professional and much needed moral support. I have a friend who was with farmers for over 30 years. When I looked at his coverage, I could not believe what they were charging him, and what poor coverage he had! He informed me that they had just raised his rate $30 a month. I immediately called Lori to see what she could do. She agreed his coverage was very poor and quickly put together a new cheaper and more comprehensive plan with Mercury auto insurance. Everything handled quickly and professionally as usual. I highly recommend Lori and her team.

The last straw was when we asked Gloria to add our new vehicle to our auto policy. I provided her with all the necessary details and information. She confirmed receipt of the information via email then completely dropped the ball. Came to find out we were driving without our vehicle having coverage. This could have been disastrous!!! When I brought this to her attention she failed to even acknowledge the issue (much less apologize) and had the audacity to try to distract me with an unrelated matter. I admit I should have followed up but I trusted that things would be taken care if as promised. Cheryl is very pleasant to work with but due to this monumental mess up with the owner we were not willing to put our trust in Lotten Insurance any longer.

Patrick's commitment to serving his clients is obvious and goes way above the call of duty. I had lots of questions and looked at several packages of life insurance before deciding. Patrick showed me all of the options and even helped me plan insurance ideas for my future with whole life insurance (turns out you can get insurance plans that pay you! - who knew!?) When I say he went above the call of duty I mean this: when looking at my bank statements he noticed I had excessive service fees and helped me to get rid of them! Amazing! While we were meeting about insurance he took another call from a former client and helped her with something completely unrelated. Does Patrick make money helping people out like this? Nope. You can tell that he does it because he sincerely cares about his clients and their well being. On his computer and phone he has images of all the various charities he has volunteered for over the years. If you're looking for an insurance salesman who actually cares about you AND your family this is the guy.
