I became familiar with Persons Plumbing Company through another plumber that I have used many times. He was busy thus gave Persons as a referral. The individual who handled all of my tasks was Raimond. He completed the plumbing for a roll-in shower, plus installed the water closet, and lavatory for the bathroom. Other jobs included plumbing the tankless water heater, kitchen sink, and added a gas line for the new dryer. All tasks were completed flawlessly. He is a consummate professional, respectful at all times, and self-driven to do excellent work. Most notably, he has a positive "can do" attitude that is reassuring. This calmness was evident when another plumber indicated a significant repair to the sewer. Raimond snaked the drain then used a camera to identify the likely problem, which did not require a repair. Finally, he is very quick on responding to calls or text messages. I am very happy with his service and with Persons Plumbing as a whole. They were accommodating getting to my work very quickly. I would positively recommend Persons and specifically, Raimond for any plumbing assignment. read more

Had a drain blockage, called Persons Service Company, the receptionist was very helpful and concerned, scheduled service time, however was able to come earlier than appointment. Got equipment out of truck and started to work immediately to correct problem, had a problem finding outside clean out plug, went on roof to clean out through roof pipes, it worked to some extent, but not able to correct from roof. Came back next morning with equipment to find under ground drain pipe and was able to correct problem. James and Ryan did all they could do to correct the problem as soon as possible and they both were presistent. Highly recommend James and Ryan. read more

My hot water heater went out and a friend of mine recommended Persons Plumbing Company. I couldn't be happier that he did. From start to finish I was impressed with this company. Office manager "April," was professional, and efficient in dispatching out technicians which arrived alot sooner than I expected, based on other local plumbers Ive used in the past. The technicians Colby & Damon were quick but thorough and very professional as well. They explained exactly what they did and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this companies services. read more
