Star staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They may be busy with someone ahead of me but I never feel rushed when discussing my medications. The staff is caring and makes me feel valued. They're also great problem solvers and don't mind to call your doc for a refill. I've not noticed an increase in prescription price but if there is one I'd happily pay it to be treated well! Highly recommend! Bad service is Walgreens and CVS in South Huntsville. Star is like a spa experience compared to the others. Thank you Star pharmacy BC! You guys rock! Not only did they do an exceptional job on the repairs, but the wheelchairs were ready a day earlier than promised. That was better than I could have hoped for because of a tight schedule. I think it would have made smart business sense to notify those customers in advance who were scheduled to pick up equipment that day. Very unprofessional. I called back on Monday, explaining my daughter couldn't pick up the wheelchair today due to knee replacement surgery. Her husband couldn't pick it up because he was working and my granddaughter couldn't pick it up because she was at school doing pre-graduation activities. Family and friends flying in from all over and all we asked was to pick up the wheelchair last Friday. After speaking to an employee there, who apologized and made excuses about being short staffed, I asked if it could be delivered. I was told that it could, with the normal delivery charge of $50 being reduced to $25 because of the hassle. That being said, since the chair was only $20 to rent, it still felt insulting. So my granddaughter left school to get the wheelchair for her Mom to attend her graduation tomorrow, and she was treated rudely by them when she arrived. Very unprofessional group of people. I tried Walgreens and Krogers (both rude and apathetic) before coming here and being pleasantly surprised. The lady with short hair has a tough exterior, I thought she hated me at first haha. But came to realize she just has a busy job that she takes very seriously, which makes her seem that way. The younger guy with a beard is a hero. One time I was getting jerked around for days by my insurance company. I literally gave him my phone and let him do the talking, and it was fixed that day.
