I have been looking for someone to help me with my 15 year old's son skin bc as a teenager and football player wearing helmets all the time he has a A LOT acne. One of my friend's referred Windy to me and said that Windy really helped her skin. My son has gone to Windy twice now and even after his 1st session with her I seen a dramatic change in his skin. He actually came home "glowing" she sent me tips that he can do at home and recommended what we could do at home. Today he had his 2nd facial with Windy and once again, he came home "glowing" smiling from ear to ear. Which of course makes me happy. She has a fully booked schedule, which definitely means she is great and unfortunately I had to reschedule my son's appointment a few days ago due to an injury. She sent me a text checking on my son making sure he was okay, she didn't not have to do that, especially with her busy schedule. That makes her even more special. This is a top-notch esthetician. I have had my share of services with no-so-great an experience. Today I had the pleasure of a brow wax, brow tinting, a facial and....the dreaded bikini wax! This is a review that is far overdue. I have been a client of Personal Touch Esthetics for several years now, and every time my appointment comes up, I am just as excited as I was the first time. I am one of those women that was never overly concerned with my complexion. My skin care routine generally involved whatever was popular at the drug store at the time, and I had always been fairly minimal with my makeup. I had had facials in the past, usually as an overpriced treat during a spa day with girlfriends. It never occurred to me to do this on the regular. But I was getting a little older, and starting to notice changes in my skin. That is when I found Windy! And honestly, the whole experience has been nothing short of life changing. I trust Windy without hesitation. The products she uses are amazing, and available for purchase at a lower price point than many department store brands. I know Windy has a full schedule, but I have never felt rushed or that she was rushing. Every facial also comes with the most amazing shoulder, arm, hand and foot massage that practically leave me tingling all day! Keep in mind, this is a full service salon. in addition to her fabulous facials, Windy offers numerous other services. In addition to my regular facials, I also count on Windy to give me the most perfectly shaped brows, make sure my upper lip is always presentable, and my eyelashes are particularly awesome thanks to her meticulous eyelash extensions. Windy is so incredibly amazing. She takes care with me as a client, considering my needs and making recommendations as she sees fit. For example, I've gone in to get my lashes done and she recommends an eyebrow waxing. Now, this is not an up sell. Let me tell you, these little caterpillars needed some serious help! And when I said I always break out from waxing, Windy took extra care to reduce my reaction to the wax. My lashes are some of the best I've seen and Windy is meticulous in her execution. Most recently, I booked a facial on a friend's recommendation. This is THE MOST AMAZING FACIAL! Windy provided special care to my face with a custom treatment tailored to my skin type and a massage of my feet, neck and shoulders and even my arms and hands!! After my facial, Windy provided some recommended some skin care products for my skin type, explained a modified application process and even double checked if the product was safe for pregnancy (since I'm pregnant of course). Additionally, Windy is SUPER responsive! It's hard to get an appointment last minute, but I know why (because she is so amazing) so I always keep my original appointment and booking advance. Windy is incredible. She is such a genuine person. I started getting my eyebrows done by her 2 years ago and stopped for no other reason than my crazy schedule. I came back to her today to get my eyebrows done and a facial...she immediately asked about my schooling after not seeing her for so long. I couldn't believe she remembered!
