My boyfriend and I decided to come here on our anniversary last year. With how taxing both of our jobs are on ourselves, we opted for the hot tub session, specifically the Water Room. Upon walking in, we were greeted by the staff who were both extremely friendly and polite. They showed us to the spa room, gave us the instructions (shower prior to getting into the hot tub, how to work the shower/steam room, how to work the tub) and let us be for our hour time. Because it was our anniversary, we also requested the sparkling cider and rose petals...I'm so glad we did. It really was the most perfect time and so relaxing. They flash/dim the lights momentarily when you have about ten minutes left, which is a nice touch as we had put our phones away to be in the moment. We absolutely want to go back and plan to go many times moving forward. Thank you Elements for the amazing time!

We received a deep tissue massage and they did a great job sharing tips and stretches with us, providing the right focus and pressure, and really hitting the spots that needed attention. Yeah, they don't change the linens between massages. As i was dressing, the masseuse came back into…read morethe room to prepare it for the next customer. Right in front of me, she spent a minute or two smoothing the sheet on the massage table to make it look like I hadn't just been lying on it--nude and mostly face-down--for an hour. Then she put a fresh folded towel at the foot of the bed. I said to her, "You don't change the sheets?" She didn't seem to understand, and when I pointed to the sheet she had just left on the table, she said something I didn't understand, but didn't remove it. I feel sick at the thought of how many strangers' body fluids I might have just been wallowing in. If you decide patronize this business--ask them to put fresh linens on the table BEFORE you lie down. They can't be trusted to do it themselves. If it weren't for this aspect of the experience, I'd have thought the massage was adequately good and fairly priced. They lose all the stars for their grim hygiene.
