My boyfriend and I decided to come here on our anniversary last year. With how taxing both of our jobs are on ourselves, we opted for the hot tub session, specifically the Water Room. Upon walking in, we were greeted by the staff who were both extremely friendly and polite. They showed us to the spa room, gave us the instructions (shower prior to getting into the hot tub, how to work the shower/steam room, how to work the tub) and let us be for our hour time. Because it was our anniversary, we also requested the sparkling cider and rose petals...I'm so glad we did. It really was the most perfect time and so relaxing. They flash/dim the lights momentarily when you have about ten minutes left, which is a nice touch as we had put our phones away to be in the moment. They began to call different people and got three different men to come and harass and bully me on the sidewalk The men even threatened me with violence. It is a shame because they really could have made their business look good and gained some publicity but instead, the staff decided that something nefarious was going on and set the entire tone and outcome.
