Dr. Virtual Appointment was scheduled at 12:45p. I received first link at 12:59. 2nd link at 1p. I joined at 1p using the 2nd link. I was put into the virtual waiting room. She never joined, then I received a 3rd link at 1:26. So I dropped from the 2nd link and I joined that 3rd link and sat in the virtual waiting room for over 30 minutes and she never showed up. When I called they said I would be charged a cancellation fee. They said they were calling me , that I should have answered so they could let me know they were sending me new links. I didn't look at incoming calls while already on a virtual call with them. I had already seen links and was already in the virtual waiting room/s and had joined the 2nd and 3rd links when they came in. Then I rescheduled for an in person (2nd visit). My appointment was scheduled at 8:45am. I never got a reminder message. So I called at 8:07am to confirm and I got the message saying the office is now closed. So I go to website which states their hours of operation start at 9am (still states this). So I thought maybe they just asked me to be there 15 minutes before appointment start time. I got there at 8:50am. The doctor saw me and said I would have to schedule another appointment to have form filled out and refused to do it at that appointment because I was according to them "late": After I left, I noticed her office left me messages at 8:48am and 8:49 telling me I was going to be charged a cancellation fee. I told her I called at 8:07am. She told me I didn't call because her office staff picks up. So I showed her my phone and the outgoing call to her office. So I had to schedule a 3rd appointment at 8am on a 3rd day. When I was in her office I called her office I put it on speaker at 8:06am and I got message office was closed. She said she didn't want to talk about the cancellations and missed appointments. She said her office opens at 9am like the website says and the phones don't get turned on until 9 but makes appointments starting at 8am. They don't care about patients or the patient experience with their virtual system and confusion of office hours conflicting with what website says (9am) but they start seeing patients at 8a. They unfairly charge cancellation fees for missed appointments they never showed up to. Make you schedule extra appointments. They are full of double standards. Tell me to pick up when they call but their phones are not available at 8am when she starts seeing patients. They call leaving messages saying they are going to charge cancellation fees 3 and 4 minutes after your visit appointment start time yet she is always 15-30 minutes late. Their website does not reflect her office hours that start at 8am but her staff doesn't turn off , office is now closed until 9am. When I tried sharing my concerns and where confusion was coming from, she spoke over me. Did not feel heard at all.

I have been a patient for over 10 years. I saw Dr Malik before she started referring me over to…read moreisha. I would zoom her about every 6 weeks then 8 then a couple months for med refills. I ran out of Klonopin on a Tuesday a medication they filled for me for 10 years. I didn't receive a notification that it was ready by Friday so I called my pharmacy. They said the Dr hadn't approved it yet. I called the office at 3 as soon as I found out it wasn't being approved. I tried leaving a voicemail for Isha but someone from the office just picked up. I explained what was happening and she told me they won't fill prescriptions if I haven't been seen for over 3 months. I told her I didn't know that. She said it would be in the paperwork. Ugh that was 10 years ago I don't remember. I told her I was having extreme panic attacks due to the sudden stop of the medication. She told me there was nothing they could do. She wouldn't even offer to try to contact Isha. I made an appointment which wouldn't be for 5 more days so I decided to see if I could get a hold of Dr Malik. Same thing as with previous phone call. I hadn't slept for 3 days because I have restless legs and that is what the medication is prescribed for me for. So another sleepless night and get up Saturday crying shaking head feeling like it could explode, ringing in my ears, shaking, jumpy. I look up Dr Google and it says to never stop Klonopin abruptly that it causes all the symptoms I was having as well as strokes and seizures. I called the office again at 11:00 am and talked to an emergency line that told me they were going to try to get a hold of a Dr. It is 2:00 in the morning now. I never got a call and I will be awake again. They DO NOT Care! I could literally die. I have never abused medication. I get my 30 day supply and refill it after 30 days but since I've been taking it for 20+ years so my body is used to it. I have not felt cared for by them for years but it was easy to do a zoom visit and be done. I never expected anything like this to happen. Terrible horrible thing to put someone through because you're lazy.

Worst thing was that after going over a PCOS diagnosis (endocrine disorder that impacts a HUGE percentage of women and makes fertility difficult), was told that having babies would fix everything -- LITERALLY just told you that fertility was an issue... what kind of psychiatrist suggests having children as a solution?? What if her patient was completely infertile and this was a source of huge emotional trauma? The callousness and serious lack of professionalism led me to posting this review, when I don't normally. I cannot recommend any more seriously, that people considering this doctor reconsider. Take your mental healthcare seriously and avoid this doctor.

The house was not sanitized like they said it would be. Also you only get 6 weeks to stay there save money and find a place including another shelter their funds will only help you find something in norther Kane county but the majority is not renting to blacks not one landlord responded to me and no I have no evictions or bankruptcies on my record this shelter is overall not helpful at all only makes you wish you abuser succeeded at killing you like honestly.
