I find Odhran to be highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. He
put together a structured training programme targeting weight loss,
building strength and stamina and increasing my overall levels of
fitness.
This programme was tailored to my own individual needs and
goals and being a chronic brittle asthmatic I find the programme both realistic and easy to follow.
Odhrans dietry advise was invaluable and very educational. By being more aware of the sort of foods that I should and shouldn't eat and also altering when I ate made big difference to my weight loss. Once we had agreed on my specific targets we scheduled at least two training session per week also attending his spinning class inbetween which is also excellent....Odhran is a great motivator and I really looked to these sessions
which are always varied and fun to do.
In between sessions Odhran is always available either for advice,
support or encouragement ,he is fantastic at working round me and my hectic timetable ...the emails are another added bonus he sends to you also .
The experience is really enjoyable, educational and very
beneficial, and for me represents terrific value for money. As such I
