They've always been courteous and professional. The place is clean and they maintain it while they have clients going through. My only hiccup is that since they don't wear name tags, I don't know who is who. And I've asked for names ,but have been told that that person doesn't work there (either they no longer do or possibly I'm getting the name wrong), and I have noticed they often do have new faces in there. It makes it hard to know who is reliable and who isn't vibing with me and my needs.

They are over-priced, and very rude…read more I don't want to call the race card but i walked in to make an appointment for 6:30pm tomorrow the lady than said they will be closed, when i told her it says they close at 7:30pm on their door, she than said when they don't have customers they close which i understand, but i was making an appointment to come in and get my nails done she than said I can go to a different salon. after all that i than compromised and tried to make an appointment for 5:30pm i proceeded to ask how much it will cost to take 8 nails off, get a full acrylic set with one colour she said $75. She was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.

She was not friendly with me but she was very chatty with many girls that were coming in and out of the premise. I have one eye with lashes curled inward and the other is curled well. I would not go here again. Someone should tell this girl people skills are important. I tipped her well and she did not even say good bye or ask I liked them.

A couple hours after getting them done my eyes started to look puffy and swollen, and the next day I woke up and my entire face was extremely swollen due to the reaction to the lashes. This has never happened before, and Im so upset because I got them to make me feel pretty before going on vacation, and they made me feel the complete opposite. I had to pull them out which unfortunately pulled out some of my real lashes. Additionally, due to the swelling I couldn't see very well, and had to take time off work. My eyelids felt like they had a really bad sunburn and were painful to touch or open too wide. After mutlitple medications and visits to the doctor, I was told that I need to keep out of the sun. Just what you want to hear before going on a beach vacation.
