Oh my goodness! This place is a gem in Barcelona. Being here for almost seven weeks, we are a little tapa out so this was a nice change in pace. I apologize, I don't remember the exact names but we had #21 with the beef skewers, the beef stew with Lima beans and the salad with the bread. The owner was simply so kind and recommended the dishes. He did not steer us wrong. It's a really healthy way to get in your veggies and everything is wonderfully seasoned. Authentic and yummy Persian food - had some delicious kebabs and my friends and I also sampled the mixed rice (there were three kinds). The rice was very very flavourful and I also enjoyed my beef kebab, it was very juicy (salivating thinking about it). We also had some hummus with warmed tortilla. (Had to order more tortilla because they were very generous with the hummus!) The sangria was waaaaaaaaaaaaay too sweet and they couldn't unsweeten it so they just added extra vodka (lol). Omg. Ive had Persian food a couple times before and have never been disappointed. Visiting this restaurant affirmed this point. The portion sizes were very large, the sangria was tasty. The bread was very good and a large portion. I had the salmon... wow it was flaky, very flavorful and cooked perfectly. And last but not least the hummus dip... Oh My Lord Jesus. That's the best hummus dip; hands down, that I have ever taste it was smooth, so flavorful and light. I could have eaten that all by itself and was disappointed when it was finish. Just look at the pictures (I didnt take one of the hummus, I ate it and forgot lol) they don't do justice. This was the best restaurant we went to in barcelona. The staff there was quite nice and the decor was lovely. When I got back to barcelona I have to visit there again. read more

As I walked into this restaurant, I was immediately impressed by its lovely, colorful interior. We were greeted by a friendly Russian waitress. She noticed that we were tired, so she helped us navigate the menu by making some suggestions about what to order. All of the food was delicious. I'm of Iranian descent and hail from the San Francisco Bay Area, so I thought it would be fun to try the Persian cuisine of Barcelona during my visit. It did not disappoint! Lovely little spot with great rice and kabab. Hummus and salad Shirazi were good, too. Pretty sure the bread served was tortilla and not lavash, but still tasty. Service was wonderful. read more
