Plus he reviewed my coverage to make sure I didn't have huge gaps in case of an accident. Insurance is that one thing I don't want to have to worry about unless I absolutely have to, and this office helps me to do just that. They did all the work for my new policy once I gave them the info they needed, and then did all the leg work to cancel my old one too!
