I live in Salt Lake but I still keep my small town insurance agent. Joshua Harbison does an awesome job for me. It's nice to always call and have them know my name. This office always keeps my prices down and has a great eye for detail. I have received quotes from big city agents, but just felt like a number. Great place, great folks! read more

I don't know where else in Vernal will give me the comprehensive view at my Insurance like Eastern Utah will. I had Josh look at my policies and even though I thought I had thoroughly reviewed and quoted everyone there was in Insurance, he still found me a better rate than what I was paying currently. Plus he reviewed my coverage to make sure I didn't have huge gaps in case of an accident. Insurance is that one thing I don't want to have to worry about unless I absolutely have to, and this office helps me to do just that. They did all the work for my new policy once I gave them the info they needed, and then did all the leg work to cancel my old one too! I'm just really impressed all around with the service, the rates, and how they seem to care for my business. Won't go anywhere else in town now. Customer for life! read more

Eastern Utah Insurance Agency is by far the WORST agency I have ever encountered. I called their office on 12/2/2016 and asked for a auto insurance quote, I spoke to a guy named Josh. He took all my information & said would get back to me as soon as possible. On 12/6/16 i still have yet to hear anything so I called back to speak to Josh. He claimed that was waiting to hear from all insurance companies they do business with to get a quote back. Which sounds laughable! If you have ever dealt with insurance companies, you would know everything is automated and the agencies have software that they can quote you within hours if not in minutes!!! After 2 phone calls, this agency has all my information and as of today, 12/13/16 I have never heard anything back!! If you are shopping for insurance, DO NOT contact this agency! They will take your information and NEVER get back to you!!! They absolutely STINK! On the other hand, I've spoken to couple of other agencies and got quotes back within an hour. What a contrast!! read more

I have been with Eastern Utah Insurance for almost 5 years now and I don't have anything negative to say about this company. The agents at this company are very friendly, knowledge, honest and helped me find the best insurance for the best price. Anytime I have needed to change/add a policy Josh and Danielle have been quick to help. The agents here have exceeded my expectations, considering its very rare that you find an personable and honest insurance company like this anymore. One time I got stuck with a dead battery in the middle of no where, called my agent and little did I know my policy included roadside assistance. So, not only do I have affordable insurance but I have quality coverage. With all that being said, I highly recommend Eastern Utah Insurance to anyone! read more
