Which is by no means her fault. But when I sought out for guidance on recommended approaches to avoid paying out so much i get vague, short, and unclear responses. Example: "pay more each pay check", or "up 401 some".. for someone like myself who is not knowledgeable on taxes and assuming the "personalized bookkeeping" would give me somewhat specifics she has failed to do that. 2016 will be my last my year using her. If you truly want personalized and someone to help you this isn't the route. If you want a quick turnaround then she can def so that.
