The funeral home tried every trick in the book to upsell her services, flower arrangements, and caskets/urns. When my mother passed away a few weeks ago, I was referred to Salmon Funeral Home. I called and then went in person, dealing primarily with Kyle Kiser. The whole experience, from beginning to end, was phenomenal. Kyle walked my sister and me through the entire process and explained all of the fees, necessary services, and what to expect, down to the filing of the insurance policy. He was "Johnny on the Spot" the entire time and never missed a beat in keeping us informed. He never once tried to upsell any service or offering and was completely transparent from beginning to end.
