The day care are to their many departmens which include: sleep studies, x-rays, blood clot checking, wound care, heart testing, emergency care, and not least surgery! They have valet and parking decks parking! The Center is just off I 77 12th Street exit near Football Hall of Fame and just north of Canton downtown exits. They have some shops inside as well! They are: Subway, gift shop, and Security! Parking is plentiful and elevators and index signs to help fine just what you are looking to find! People are stationed at most enterances to assist visitors as well. Large hallways and wheelchairs and scooters are available for those needing walking help! The staff in all areas are friendly and very helpful! There are two large hospitals in the Canton area! This hospital has a long history and was originally right downtown, but move to its current location to gain more room to grow! Mercy continues to grow and grow. through the years! We highly recommend either hospital as they offer many great medical services!

Where do I even begin?…read more Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital has been beyond disappointing. My mother has Stage 4 cancer and has now been sitting in the emergency room waiting area for more than 24 hours. Not in a hospital bed--in the waiting room. This is just one week after being hospitalized with sepsis, and she is once again showing signs that it may be returning. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated experience. Last year, after undergoing a 12-hour surgery, she was left sitting on the toilet for over an hour waiting for someone to help her. There was feces on the floor that was simply wiped with a towel and then left there for days. When she requested pain medication or other medications, she often had to wait two hours or more before receiving them. People say Cleveland Clinic is one of the best healthcare systems, but our experience has been anything but. Patients--especially those who are critically ill and fighting cancer deserve compassionate, timely, and dignified care. What my mother has experienced is unacceptable, and no family should have to watch their loved one endure this.

Dr. Saalouke knows his stuff! I have been going to Dr. Saalouke since I was 3 months old. I am now 22. Still I go for checkups at least once a year, and I actually look forward it. I really do love everyone there and I could never say enough amazing things about them all. They've all been there for me since the beginning. First off, not only is Dr. Saalouke a fantastic doctor, he's a great guy. You can tell that he actually truly cares about his patients. Marcy, the echo tech, is awesome and so sweet. They are both so good at what they do. When you call up, more than likely you'll get Diane. She's great too and very helpful. If you are looking for a good pediatric cardiologist in the Youngstown area, give Dr. Saalouke's office a call. I am sure that he would point you in the direction of an excellent pediatric cardio thorasic surgeon or recommend another great doctor if he doesn't specialize in what your child has. I could never thank anyone there enough for all that they have done for me.

He rotated periodically through the physicians office that I worked in. I came to not only like him personally, but to also respect his professionally. The physicians that I worked for regarded him so highly that they wanted him to change his specialty from internal medicine to cardiology and then join their practice. I think that speaks volumes about Dr. Wells and his abilities. Dr. Wells did choose to remain with internal medicine and opened his own private practice with Dr. Uhall. I immediately became a patient of his and had both of my parents switch their care over to him because of my faith in him. He took care of both of my parents until their passing, He was a tremendous source of strength to me in helping me with their care. I was deeply saddened when he chose to leave private practice because it is almost impossible to find a physician of his caliber anymore. When I was trying to make a decision on which local bariatric program to choose for my care, I discovered that Dr. Wells had recently accepted the position as the Medical Director of the Summa program. I knew immediately that my search was over. I knew I would receive no finer care in any other program than I would by Dr. Wells. Dr. Wells never let me down on his care in the bariatric program. I will always highly recommend Dr. Wells to everyone. He is a good and decent man and an excellent physician. My only concern for Dr. Wells is, that I noticed over time, that they were making his schedule increasingly busy and difficult for him to be able to spend the kind of time that he wanted to with each patient. Dr. Wells knows that each patient requires individual care and time and he wants to be able to give that to each patient. This is not his fault, but I have no doubt that he continues to do the best possible job he can given what he has to work with. I will always be one of Dr. Wells' biggest fans!

Don't disagree with the doctor. I'm constantly debating with the doctors that they don't understand…read moremy case. I was paralyzed 3&1/2 years ago BUUUUUT I'm learning to walk again and no one has experience treating a case like mine. I've been on every mental health drug there is and I'm suffering from horrible pain. I've had 30 screws put into my back, I'm missing 4 vertebrae but got a 5" titanium block where the vertebrae USED TO BE oh and the twpo 20" rods, two mounts and 8 more screws don't qualify me for pain management. I was hassled every time I requested a referral for pain management. last time I was asked "what about all the other referrals?" they didn't take my insurance is the answer but I'm the jerk for getting frustrated with all the BS. I disagreed that I needed mental health support because this all started in 2017 and EVERY DOCTOR HAS NO EXPERIENCE WITH A CASE LIKE MINE BUT KNEW MORE THAN ME ABOUT WHAT I WAS FEELING WEATHER THIS PRACTICE OR PAIN MANAGEMENT. I can walk with proper pain management but they don't care enough about me to help that happen. take your chances

The rest of the doctors gave up after trying 1 medication and told us to put him in a home. Dr Wilkins prescribed meds for him that have worked wonders for my father's aggression. He even found out my dad has a type of autonomic dysfunction just by checking his heart, and it was missed by a decade of care from his primary cardiologist. I'd make him my doctor too if I could because he's that good.
