I have never left her office feeling that I forgot to ask her something, didn't get everything taken care of or that I was not her main priority during the entire visit. She is right there and she is PERFECT in every aspect of a provider of health care in "every way" "every shape and form" and I would not go to anyone else in this area. Her heart is so huge and she listens to what you "don't say" as much as what "you do say'. Was now experiencing more pain than normal because of it. Because I was not there for the pain or fall, the doctor dismissed what I said about being in more pain, Dr. Vincent Caicco). I complained to the director, Dr. Rudolph Kraft, saying he should have at least ordered x-rays. The next thing I know is, I received a letter from Dr. Kraft informing me I was no longer welcome to see any doctor at the facility across from the hospital on Belmont Ave. in Youngstown Ohio!!

This so-called "doctor" is in absolute and clear direct violation of the ADA laws. I've heard this individual is good with patients so as long as you do not require anything from him other than doctor visits, and prescriptions. However, quite horrible when it comes to accessibility issues. Go to this physician so as long as you remember not to inconvenience him and the horribly rude receptionist. The receptionist was very annoyed when I called. She was heard in the background and was rather an extremely rude, disrespectful staff that the physician hired, no doubt. On the other hand, look elsewhere if accessibility and human diversity rights are important to you, your loved ones and your friends. We must not ever hire a single physician that have issues providing accessibility to their clients. A doctor is only a true physician when he/she provides accessibility.
