I've never really reviewed anything…read moreother than a restaurant on here, but I figured I would say something on here in case anyone is trying to find a pediatric cardiologist for their child or them self. Dr. Saalouke knows his stuff! I have been going to Dr. Saalouke since I was 3 months old. I am now 22. Still I go for checkups at least once a year, and I actually look forward it. I really do love everyone there and I could never say enough amazing things about them all. They've all been there for me since the beginning. First off, not only is Dr. Saalouke a fantastic doctor, he's a great guy. You can tell that he actually truly cares about his patients. Marcy, the echo tech, is awesome and so sweet. They are both so good at what they do. When you call up, more than likely you'll get Diane. She's great too and very helpful. If you are looking for a good pediatric cardiologist in the Youngstown area, give Dr. Saalouke's office a call. I am sure that he would point you in the direction of an excellent pediatric cardio thorasic surgeon or recommend another great doctor if he doesn't specialize in what your child has. I could never thank anyone there enough for all that they have done for me.

I had been with them for years. Mostly telehealth. I had made an appointment recently on their…read morepatient portal. It was for telehealth and they never called. So I made another appointment and I didn't hear my phone when they called. So when I scheduled again I was going to set an alarm on my phone so I wouldn't miss it. But guess what? I got a letter of termination. The first appointment they never called. Thats o. Them. But a disabled person was dropped for not hearing one call. I was needing help because my primary care provider thinks I may have spinal stenosis. Now I have to find a neurologist to help me. Maybe they just needed a reason to drop me since I am with caresource.

Rude. Not recommended. They never smile or seem happy to be there, especially Dr. Drake! I get the…read moresense that they're all miserable and don't have empathy for the patients. At least that was the experience I had with my mom. This is not the right profession for Dr. Drake. He's just mean, incompetent, doesn't listen, lacks knowledge and people skills.

Dr Rao is a great pediatric cardiologist. With him the patient always comes first. He spends plenty…read moreof time with each patient listening carefully and working together to try and make your child healthy. Dr Rao and his support staff are always helpful and friendly and are willing to go the extra mile to help out someone in need. They are open M, T, R, F from 9-11:30 and 1:30-2:30. The office is closed on Wednesday. If there is ever an emergency Dr Rao is always available.
