Are you the type of team player that is reliable, has initiative, productive, efficient, organized,…read moreenthusiastic, positive and respectful? Do you have a good rapport with co-workers and supervisors? One day, you are doing the job of two and BAM an injury occurred that takes you out of the (work) game. You are, now, sidelined on the "injured reserved" list. WHO YOU GONNA CALL? Jason M. Weinstock, ESQ because Ghostbusters are not certified in the field of Specialist Workers' Compensation Law. Workers' Compensation (WC) will assign you an agent that rarely answers her phone. The voicemail reverts to your agent being out of the office on the previous holiday. You are assured that you will be receiving WC checks, but they arrive 3 weeks later; sporadically and wondering how you're going to pay the bills. The injury had gone from bad to worse no matter how much PT was given. Surgery did not repair the injury. More surgery required. After feeling like a WC pawn, I signed on with Jason Weinstock as my lawyer and new Head Coach. He listened to my concerns and advised an advantageous and comparable strategy. He does not proceed unless you are at peace. He does all the correspondence, paperwork, and talk. He becomes your voice and when he speaks, WC listens and my WC checks came weekly. A big "THANK YOU" to Mr. Weinstock who is considered the MVP among lawyers! May the Lord bless and keep you!

I get emails at random times of day but for others it's OK? I need 5 lawyers for this? He didn't even tell me that I had 10 days to withdraw the plea, which seems like legal malpractice. Anyway so now I can't get an apartment and face freezing to death on the street. That's the real penalty, which is a death sentence. Not quite the "no penalty" given by the judge so what does that tell you about how the Justice system really works? It's not about Fairness, rather, it's about CONVICT CONVICT CONVICT of sanctimonious DA's. Where the "collateral damage" is literally worse than the actual penalty. The long version of this story is being made into a major motion picture, where I am the Victim, and the jury will laugh hysterically at the ridiculous charges. I haven't ruled out suing this firm.

In the end i ended up having my surgical procedure covered, backtime paid and leave benefits restored. What i enjoyed most was the lack of financial pressure from them. Never once did they ever ask me for any money, nor did they mention that they were not making enough on the case (they made about $600). This blew my mind. I had always thought of lawyers as scummy, greedy and back stabbing. I can say that my mind has legit been changed, and that john frommer has won me as a client for life. Early last year, a magisterial district judge in Camp Hill preempted the wedding of a Tajik couple by calling ICE on the groom and his best man, who were led away in handcuffs. The judge, Elizabeth Beckley, also called ICE after Alexander Curtis Parker and Krisha Amber Schmick showed up at her courthouse last May. Sweethearts since high school, they had always dreamed of a glamorous wedding venue, but, impatient to tie the knot, they settled on District Court 09-1-02, a squat, uninspired structure with mirrored windows, sandwiched between a car wash and a paint store. When the constable announced he would be detaining Parker for ICE, the couple was stunned. Though born in Guatemala, Parker, 21, had been adopted by American parents when he was 8 months old. At that moment, he was technically undocumented, with his green-card renewal being processed. But he does not speak Spanish or consider himself an immigrant, much less a deportable one."

Looking back at that situation, I would have agreed to plead guilty to murder if that's what I needed to do to get out of jail, but a good Lawyer that's actually looking out for their client's best interest shouldn't have even came to me with such a ludicrous offer unless he was simply looking to be done with the case with putting forth no time or effort to have the charge reduced to misdemeanors of under-age drinking, disorderly conduct which is exactly what should have happened.
