Do not use this florist. Worst service for a wedding. And don't bother giving them photos for what you want because they won't use them any way. The coordinator is so unfriendly. She didn't even remember we had an appointment. And took messy notes that she didn't use. So sorry we used them. Never again. read more

Ordered arrangement after viewing online. The arrangement had certain accessory items with it that influenced us to pick that particular arrangement. Called recipient - she liked the arrangement, but there was no sign of the accessory item. I called the store the next day and was told that item was not available. I do understand that FTD, Teleflora, etc. designs sometime include items that a local florist may not have, but given the the price of the arrangement and this being a central part of that arrangement, I felt they should not have had it listed on their site, or offered an adjustment on the price. (I could have gotten a similar arrangement for less - the price was higher due to the special design.). The lady I spoke with was not rude but not helpful either. She would not offer any adjustment to the cost and, when pressed, said she'd leave a message for the owner; he never called. Very disappointing customer service. I will not use them again. read more

What an absolutely HORRIBLE experience! I ordered flowers online, the order was accepted online & money taken from me. The day that they were supposed to be delivered I called to verify the address AND GOOD THING I DID! I was told that 3 messages were left for me (none were left) that they didn't have flowers to complete the order. I ordered $150 worth of flowers & I was offered NOTHING in return! If I hadn't called for the address, I would have never even been notified. This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd chance I've given this place either, but it will absolutely be the LAST! What a disappointment & SHAME that this business has gone so down hill..TERRIBLE!!!!!! They have NO customer service, could care less about the customers & give you more carnations in hundreds of dollars of flowers just to fill! SHAME ON YOU ALL!! read more

Ordered a flower arrangement for Mother's Day that were supposed to be red roses. I received a half ass arrangement with orange, pink, yellow and white roses with a few leafs hanging over the sides. When I called to tell them I was not happy and I didn't get what I ordered and paid a lot of money for! I was told they were out of those flowers so they tried to make it as close as possible. Everyone knows that red roses are more expensive. So I paid for something and got something completely different. Not happy at all. Not impressed. The woman was very rude on the phone and not helpful at all. First and last time I will ever buy anything from here again! read more

Perro's Flowers - Ordered the flower arrangement on the left and that's what I received on the right. Half ass arrangement. Not happy! - Florists Near Me - Worcester, Massachusetts

You don't get customer service at Perro's. I made an appointment on Sunday to go talk to their wedding coordinator and when I showed up, they said they were too busy. They didn't have the courtesy to pick up a phone to cancel. They gave me another appointment which turned out to be not an appointment at all since they failed to mentioned that the wedding coordinator was on vacation that week. They don't have the concept of what customer service is. I won't do any business with them or recommend them to anyone. Terrible, terrible, terrible... read more

This is the BEST florist in Worcester County! They have great flowers, great customer service, and fantastic floral designers. I have used them for three funerals and they go above and beyond at an EXCEPTIONALLY reasonable cost. I've also used them for many birthdays and anniversaries. Their flowers are excellent!!! read more

Great place. Family owned for many years. The best thing about this place are the prices. I told them how much I wanted to spend on a bouquet and they jut kept filling it up. It was ridiculously huge but the recipient was overwhelmed. All the guests laughed at how it was so huge, we had to split it into 2 vases. Recently I was there for a house plant arrangement. Great price again and full of healthy foliage. read more

Beautiful arrangements and outstanding customer service. I had slight problem and they fixed it. Above and beyond service.

My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday and I was very pleased with the flowers sent to me. The roses were just beautiful! The bouquet was amazing and I love them! Perros did a great job. read more

Thank you Perro's for creating the most beautiful sympathy/funeral flowers I have ever seen. We picked out what we wanted on line, sent our daughter (she's 23) in to complete the purchase. They actually made these arrangements bigger and better than on line. The person who helped my daughter was very nice and caring and made wonderful suggestions. The funeral was military and the red and white roses were absolutely gorgeous and fresh along with the blue (I think they were forget me nots)Thank you Perro's!!!! read more

My family and I were very impressed with the quality of the flowers; the arrangements and the service from Perro's Flowers, after my father-in-law passed. So when our daughter started looking for flowers for her wedding, There was no question that we would start with Perro's. We walked into the appointment without a clue as to what type of flowers we wanted but had an idea our head about what we wanted the arrangement presentation to look like. We sat down with Linda and before you know it, her suggestions were put to paper and with a picture in our head, we were more pleased than we ever thought we could be. The cost was more than reasonable and we were confident when we made the decision right then and there to have Perro's provide ALL the flowers for the wedding. The wedding was this past weekend and I couldn't wait to write a review of the most beautiful wedding flower arrangement I've ever seen! THANK YOU LINDA AND PERRO'S FLOWERS for your contribution to such a wonderful wedding day for our daughter. read more

I had this company take care of the flowers for my wedding in May. They were so great! They listened to everything that my husband and I wanted, and the price that we were willing to pay, and they made it work. We got everything that we wanted. The bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages were absolutely beautiful and looked just like we wanted to them to. They delivered and set up everything promptly as well. I am so happy that we had them take care of the flowers for our wedding. If I ever have cause to get flowers for an event, this is the company I will use. read more

Awful customer service and no knowledge on wedding flowers. I have been to many weddings over the years and Perros does not fail to forget part of the flowers. Go somewhere else stay away from here especially for big events. If you are looking for high quality and professional service go to Jeff French on shrewsbury street in Worcester, you may have to pay a little more but it's worth it. read more

I went to order flowers for a prom and was told to come back another time as if my order wasn't as important as everyone elses because it wasn't a Mother's day order! There was no one in the store and there was no reason she couldn't take 10 minutes to take my order. When I stated I am here now because I have a busy schedule all week she reluctantly started to take my order. When doing so she never asked be what I wanted. She asked if I had a pic of the dress I said no she again told me to come back. I didn't need a picture of the dress I knew what I wanted. There was little to no selection as far as flowers she kept trying to push cheap flowers that I could get at the grocery store for half the price. When I decided on something I really didn't want but figured something I could live with I thought we were going to finish the order, I was wrong the woman walk away and waited on someone else! I was shocked! I stood there for a moment then left. I'm glad I did the next florist was more than helpful ordered exactly what I wanted and even Googled the flower to show me what to expect. So disappointed in Perros I had a bad experience with the same woman last year I should have known better not to go back. I will never recommend them to anyone I know again. read more

We chose Perro's to do the flowers for our wedding. They did an outstanding job! They were very flexible (even making a last minute arrangement the day before the wedding) and also very reasonable. The flowers were gorgeous and were everything I had asked for and more. I would highly recommend this place for all of your flower needs! read more

The window displays always look beautiful driving by and I was so excited to meet with Perro's for a wedding consultation. I had a horrible experience and was dreading meeting with another floral shop, for fear of a similar experience... The florist was 20 minutes late and, if I remember correctly, never apologized. I showed her pictures from online of what we would like, and she looked confused for awhile. Then she said she "likes a challenge". I don't know how putting flowers in a vase would be challenging, but okay... I left with a knot in my stomach, worrying if we would have this same experience with other florists. Thank god we didn't and found a great florist at the next consultation. Here is a second review for my friend who doesn't want to bother taking the time to write one. This is the reason I am writing one today, because I talked to her today, (she got married months ago and used Perro's), which I didn't know. She told me that flowers weren't important on their list for the wedding, so they didn't even have centerpieces. They only purchased bouquets and boutineers. She said that the flowers weren't ready when her father was picking them up... the day of the wedding... and she said that, even though she didn't care about the flowers, the one thing she told them that she didn't want were taller flowers sticking out of the bouquet. On her wedding day, she pulled flowers out of her own bouquet before walking down the aisle! I should have asked her before my consultation, and in reading other reviews, I'm seeing a trend of the flowers not being ready on time. Our wedding is one day only, and we are not risking our flowers not being ready on time or giving us something we told her we don't like. My fiance is very laid back, but he wanted no part of Perro's after my experience, hearing from our friend and reading reviews of tardiness. read more
