First for us Americans, C'est does have an English menu, and all of the staff speaks wonderful English so you will have no problem interacting with the staff. I highly recommend getting a reservation if on a weekend as there is limited seating and this place fills up! The dress code is a button up shirt and jeans with leather shoes. The interior is an older kitchen feel but nice. most of the inside seating you will have a view of the cook in action which is nice to see where your food is coming from. The menu has chicken, steak, and seafood. I got the Duck and it was cooked to what I would call medium and was very delicious. My coworker got the mixed grill which comes with I believe 3 different types of meat and he commented it was very good as well. For drinks we both got a beer. The brand was Grolsch which is a light pilsner with a mild flavor. Very good beer for drinking with meals or an all nighter. Also note that Grolsch is brewed and bottled right in Enschede so anytime you get a Grolsch it is going to be very fresh! After I had finished my dinner the cook came around to our table and asked how everything was (He spoke in English). For desert I got my go to Creme Brulee and it was by far the best Creme Brulee in all of my samplings in Enschede! It also came with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream. Very much recommend the Creme Brulee! This restaurant did accept an American credit card with a magnetic strip. I paid with an American Express and my coworker used a Visa. Overall very happy with C'est Si Bon and highly encourage you to check it out!

I'm worse than gluten-free, I'm autoimmune paleo and these people have bent over backwards to serve a highly creative menu that works with these restrictions. Because they do tapas, most of the food is prepared ahead of time so this was a challenge for them. For both the restricted and non-restricted diners, the food was outstanding. Would highly recommend this place. A heartfelt thank you.
