I like to go there because they are friendly, and do good work, but also, one of the reasons I go to them is because they BEAT everyone's prices in town! They also come to your business or home if you need medium or small scale network or security or other electronics equipment installed as well. They have an online store on their website (I think they buy in bulk or something, because they always have really great deals on new and used stuff) and they have rare items sometimes too. I feel like I know them and their abilities pretty well, because, I've stopped by and used their services numerous times for my own personal (and business needs as well), and I have been very happy with the results every time! Sometimes I find coupons and bring them in so I can get a percentage off from the price, or get other discounts by purchasing two or more items. The location and hours make it easy to stop by or just do a drop off and go, because there is tons of free parking there, and they are open from 10AM-8PM Monday-Saturday, so there is never a problem getting in there, and getting my stuff fixed or taking care of business. They're located in Lansing Michigan near Holt in the plaza across the street from Lowes, between the coffee shop and the attorneys office e.g. it is right where I96 crosses Cedar St., same side as Causeway Bay hotel

I couldn't get repairs at the time so I decided to come back later. A month later they charged me $100, despite the fact I brought my own replacement battery effectively doubling their going rate, and I had no recourse because I forgot to ask ahead of time what they would charge me. (All they did was update my bios, clean my computer and fix the keyboard cable.) (I'm the college kid who had his bike stolen too, so I hope you sleep well at night.)

They were friendly and the turnaround was extremely fast. With great excitement, we picked up the work and took it home, preparing to hang it. But when we contacted Capital Imaging about reprinting that piece with the error fixed, they gave us a great break on the reprint, even though the reprint was to fix our error. Amazing! The piece looks great on our nursery wall. I absolutely recommend Capital Imaging for all your printing needs, great or small. It's fun being able to support a local business, their work is excellent, and they know how to do business well.
