I bought flooring for all but one of my rooms (ceramic tile). They had to be regrouted twice afterward because the grout would not cure properly. The third time they regrouted I noticed the workers were chipping my ceramic tiles so I decided this would be it. I could have sued but I am a working girl and have a special needs child. I did not have time or energy to go this route. The biggest insult, however, was how they treated me because I am a female ("Mam, it's because you are vacuuming with the brush," "It's because of your dogs," "It's because of what you are mopping with." Also, I called and inquired about carpeting in an extra room simply asking for a price. About two months later I get a call saying the carpet has been cut and they are ready to install. I didn't order it because they wanted over a $1k for a 10x12 room and that was too expensive for me. I started crying and they backed off. I have never gotten over how they treated me and I have kept silent; however, I can feel the ceramic tiles reacting to me stepping on them (like wood floors do) and I noticed a few are hollow when I tap on them. I know this means the glue is lifting. Nope, I will never do business with this company ever again. read more
