Piercings are walk in and even though it was pretty busy, I didn't have to wait too long. Jordan did my piercing and he was fantastic! Everything I thought I knew about cleaning and aftercare - not his advice this time around. No painful twisting your new piercing or crazy cleaning twice a day like they used to tell you. My ears healed so much easier than my first holes and I wish Jordan had been the one to do my original piercings! I took my mom back in the fall and he did her second lobe piercings too. She had the exact same experience as me and they healed perfectly. For my 40th birthday, I decided to get a second helix! Jordan once again did my piercing and it looks great. I'm only a couple days past my new piercing but so far no issues with it and don't anticipate any. I 100% recommend going to Irish Ink for your piercings. I may have to get another once this is healed!

The shop is immaculately clean and sterile. The staff is attentive, kind and personable. Adam is honest. He will be completely transparent about your idea for design and execution. He's upfront about pricing and has more than one option for scheduling. He is currently offering a fast pass that will get you earlier booking options. He also has 1/2 day and full day time slots. I am in love with the work he performed. Being such a sought out artist I wasn't sure if he would take me.. it was going to be a third cover up. The first tattoos I got at 17, the next time they were covered in the last couple of years were done by artist that left a lot to be desired. They were unfinished and not detailed. Adam worked his magic and gave me masterpieces. It's important to add, as a woman and as a woman of color, I felt very respected and safe. His entire shop staff was kind. Customer service is top notch: I was so bummed that I forgot my headphones and Adam immediately sent his assistant to purchase me some on their tab. Plus dinner! I had a general idea of what I was looking for and showed Diego an image that he re-designed in his own style. The result was incredible and for my first time getting a tattoo I would say this was the best way it could have gone. Diego will work with you and also give his input from an artist's point of view (especially color-wise, I was looking for something with more orange-golds and he suggested some tweaks that would make it more breathtaking). He's really communicative about what he'll be doing during the process and will check in with you to make sure you are doing alright. Care instructions were clear and when my tattoo started to weep under the second skin (it's a really good protective layer that is also often used for burn victims) - which is super common, don't be scared if this happens to you, it's often a part of the healing process - Diego gave me another one to keep it fresh and healing securely. This tattoo is so beautiful and the placement also allows me to start a really good sleeve. Overall the vibes are really good here. Expect to bring cash and some extra to tip well. I will definitely be coming back to start my sleeve! If you're considering coming here, especially for an on-a-whim moment, just do it. I recommend calling ahead. I have no regrets. 10/10
