In all fairness to her she is correct when this was my third visit with her. I am very aware of the issues with my brows that needed to be addressed. However, she had led me to believe she could help me with correction which is why I went back. But all my issues cannot be addressed with microblading, which is what she does. There was so much information she was giving me and microblading would only be causing more scarring. There are PMUs out there who are quite experienced in the type of corrections I need. They would more likely use digital and not with a blade. I shouldn't have had to sit through her eye rolling and heavy sighs and her comments "you are just not getting it". I understood everything she was saying. I suppose I sat there hoping for a different response from her. She was just not equipped to help me but led me to believe she could. I believe she does a good job if you have no previous issues and all you are getting is the microblading.

I was greeted and the girl was very friendly and patient, she did a really good job.The young girl took her time and placed a nail tip on the big toes and gelled all of my nails. She did a really good job! I made an appointment a week ago because one of my nails had popped off. I made the mistake of putting nail glue and gluing it back (because I was going out to dinner.). I showed up for the appointment and I was told I needed ti wait, until it popped off again. Well I'm back this morning to get it replaced. This morning, not so friendly nor did she take the care as the first day. I did ask for them to be shortened a little( I'm thinking she would check in the length as she went but no. This time she did not build the nail up I lost like the original. She took a short cut and didn't build a base with a tip she just used acrylic so of courses it wasn't going to be as long as before and now it is too short. I tried to look as she worked but she didn't like me moving my feet to see what she had done. I at the end commented that they did not match and were very short. She asked if I wanted her to file it and I said no because we are at the quick of my nail and it's too late. She just ignored me and told me what I owed.
