After several weeks of prepping my skin with red light therapy and using Aestura to help strengthen my skin barrier, the pigment finally stayed. The color did heal a bit darker than I originally anticipated, but I was honestly just thrilled to see real retention this time and excited to see how everything would soften with a touch-up. Jewlz checked in with me during the healing process and really listened to my concerns about the color. For the touch-up, she used a brown pigment to soften and balance the brows and that made all the difference. It's now been a few weeks since healing from my third appointment, and I can confidently say I love my brows. Jewlz truly worked her magic. I'm so grateful for her patience, transparency, and commitment to getting the results right. She essentially gave me a second session at no extra cost since we had to start over, and she never once made me feel rushed or upsold. Something I deeply respect.
