Excessive lippage and insufficient grout were used to do the tile work. He caused more damage by not covering and protecting our carpet from paint and joint compound. He left unpatched holes around the door frame, replaced the piece of a wall with a bulge where he connected the drywall and he left the wall unpainted. The toilet was replaced with one screw and the baseboards were replaced but missing the covers. After speaking to him about the poor quality of work, he agreed to redo the tiling and fix the issues I complained about but behind our backs, he removed the bathroom and shower door, all the bathroom fixtures; light fixtures and shower head, and medicine cabinet and left without us knowing. What he did was outright theft! He has been MIA after angies list tried to contact him for remediation. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. He will show you great photos of previous work he has done but be AWARE. I have displeased with the work and think he was unprofessional. He has yet to return our call, text, or emails.

A month after they moved in problems started . the ceiling in the kitchen poured water after a shower . The laundry room drain wasn't large enough and it backed up causing the hardwood floors in the kitchen and laundry to warp . the lazy Susan collapsed . I called the owner Adam and he told me that the warranty goes with the owner that sold the home the house was remodeled less than 3 months before they purchased it . No inspection was ever done by any third party . It makes you wonder how many other homes wereny inspected . . I asked him what type of nonsense was that ? I called some real professionals in to access my daughters home . The cabinet maker was able to rebuild the lazy Susan and I was told and shown pictures that the back support legs were hacked off . He also said the cabinets were the most poorly installed cabinets he's ever seen . Walls and ceilings had to be open to repair all the shoddy workmanship.Also the former owners left a book with the scope of work and schedule there . We have over 200 pictures of their shoddy , unprofessional work .They reused insulation in the walls where it was supposed to be new . . This was a very expensive fix and especially after looking at the total price they charged the previous owner .It was exorbitant for the poor quality cabinets that were used . I then contacted the Pa State Atty Generals office for contractors and was told I'm not the only one with a problem with this company . They are off. We have the hardest time getting the pool cover on now. I told Gary and he said they would be back to fix it. That was over a year ago. This year went to put the cover on and can't put one corner on. My husband had to rig it up to hook to the anchor. We also have to put down two heavy blocks to keep that corner down.
