I contacted Allen and got an immediate response. He gave a very fast estimate that I found fair. We moved forward with a deposit and let ran a week later the job is complete. Complete tear off, new drip edge, new composite felt paper, 5 new sheets of wood, new ice and water shield, new plumbing boots, new ridge vent and new architectural shingles and the chimney was flash properly with flashing and counter flashing. He even eliminated a plumbing stack that was left behind from a previous renovation. He took pictures as the work progressed and contacted throughout the progress.
