Easy access especially for people who live in the remote town of Waimea which is 45miles from the…read moremain town of Kailua Kona. With very few providers in the area it is so nice that Kaiser offers great knowledgeable doctors. The 5 min drive makes it easy for my trips with my newborn son who was born 2 weeks ago and the first week was so rough. The 2 female doctors including doctor Gossland who has been key in taking care of myself (my primary care) as well as my sons pediatrician. The clinic is very small and personal, just like everything in Waimea. I like the feel and the fact it is not super busy. The waiting room has about 15 chairs and a water cooler for fresh cold water, key for a new mom who is constantly breastfeeding and tired and exhausted. They also have a clinic to take blood work so You again don't have to travel the hour to go to Kailua. The only thing they don't have here is a pharmacy. You have to go to KTA or foodland. But really this is the only downside.
