Well, no one knew my name but by the time I left I felt like I had made friends with everyone there, whether they were workers, customers, or the owner. I had to buy a total of 4 tires, two for my wife and two for my car and I was very happy with the service and the price. The owner Mr. Moon was very personable with not only me but with everyone that passed through. He and I had numerous conversations during my wait there and I enjoyed each. I felt as if I had been a long time customer. I had spoken to him early in the week and when I approached him he remembered the order and this isn't some small time tire shop. They were super busy and it is a decent size place. Sometimes you just need to take a breath and have small random conversations with people you don't know, it has been a long time since this country boy has done that, and I loved every minute of my experience here.

WORST SHOP IV EXPERIENCED. These people are nothing short of con artists pretending to be…read moremechanics. After they've misdiagnosed your vehicle over and over they will force you to pay for their screw ups. They had my truck for a month, NOT ONCE did I receive an incoming call from anyone there. Even when I called and they specifically said "I'll call you back within x amount of time" They had me replace a $400 fuel lift pump that had plenty of fuel pressure bc they said if I didn't they wouldn't do any more diagnosis. When that did work, they had me buy an injector pump.....when that didn't work they blamed the pump and had me get ANOTHER INJECTOR PUMP. After that didn't work, they put their own pump on, that's THREE of the same part. This one they charged me $1000 more than I paid for the first two. When none of this worked, they didn't call me. After calling several times the owner told me he didn't know anything else to do. So I go to pick up MY TRUCK, and instead of talking to me in a reasonable way.....this guy flips out, curses, screams and yells. Tried to hold my only other vehicle hostage, a vehicle he has never touched. When I left to get away from his craziness him and his gang of crazy rednecks in three vehicles chased me, tried to run me off the road and block me in. I was a mechanic for years and I never once asked a customer to pay me for something I diagnosed or did wrong. Save yourself the trouble, the headache, the danger of dealing with this psychopath. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

Terrible owner, Donnie. Very rude. Doesn't stand behind his own work or bad judgement. Doesn't…read morestand behind his workers when they make a mistake. Refused to make a mistake right and charged me double for labor. Installed the wrong alternator, charged me for that. Sent me down the road only to break down within 2 miles. Got it back to their shop. Had to look up and tell them the right alternator to use. They put it in and WOW it worked. Big surprise the right part actually worked! They then proceeded to charge me AGAIN for labor. So, charged me twice and now the amazingly rude owner hangs up on me when I'm calmly trying to explain they installed the wrong alternator. I never raised my voice or used foul language (unlike Donnie). He hangs up on me......like a child. All I asked for was to credit back the second labor charge since I paid for them to install the correct alternator the first time.
