We had 4 areas done by them; bedroom closet, pantry/storage room, entryway closet, and spare bedroom closet (no photo). We love all of the spaces and wouldn't change anything. We initially had three quotes from two other companies (including California closets), and the designs by Jen were better than the others by far. We initially had glass sliding doors covering up our closet and Jen convinced us to remove them and raise the closet hight by another foot or so. I did the job myself to save some money, and it was not too difficult luckily. It however was a fantastic idea as we were able to change the entire design of the closet to be more functional, and symmetrical. The entry way closet Jen also had the best design for and its much better then how it was done originally. The pantry/storage room we added on at the end as we were not even thinking of having it done, but Jen had very functional ideas which make a huge difference for our day to dad. Overall we had fast, friendly, cost effective, and high quality service. Thanks!

I got 3 quotes from different companies and the quote from Clever Closets came in considerably lower than the others. They also included soft closing hinges and used high end materials and finishings. Jen, who designed everything, did an amazing job maximizing the space. The installation went really well. I'll definitely be using Clever Quarters again in the future.

For homeowners this place has subpar customer service. Friendly people on the phone try their best…read moreto connect with representative you are working with, with little to no response. Late delivery of orders (multiple days) with a kind older man who is alone and unable to unload larger items that are shipped on pallets and obviously loaded with either a pallet jack or a forklift. Apparently "curb side" service means the truck pulls up to the curb and then it's up to the owners to unload their order. Not the drivers fault at all. I was contracted to site manage the renovation and tried twice to reach the owners representative without any callback, even though I left a message to try and find out when the owners order would arrive. I had not talked to this rep previously so my message asking for some information could have been from anyone of her customers as far as she would know, and no call back. This would appear the norm rather than a missed call to a client to their or their contractor. The upfront people who answer phone and try to assist are friendly and helpful and the drivers as well. Other than that, poor representation, lack of call backs and no way to safely unload orders onto the "curb" I would not recommend this company if this is how they treat all their clients.
