On 5/28 I emailed them for info...I was informed I could then come get my items. When I showed up I was told by a gentleman that he was about to mail my things...I asked why while he was removing the mailing tape and labels. I asked if I could get a discount for their mix-up...he stated no. After I walked out the store...a lady came after me and first stated some items were on back order. When I said then why was I not contacted...she then said the guy messed up and they had to just run and retrieve my package from the carrier and she would take off one of the Bitters I had ordered. Another lie, she refunded a vitamin that was less expensive...I reached out about it and she never replied to my email.

I told her why would I keep one pack if it's the wrong product. My $ is valuable to me

What I like most is the fact that the ladies who work there greet you and help you look for anything you need. They have whatever I need and their prices are not sky high for every little thing. Some beauty supply stores are too big and overwhelming. For me this one is just right. Second, this is a black community and we pay all of their bills. I walk in with my money, the Asian workers are rude. Very rude. Bring Cash or they will steal money off your Apple Pay!…read more I went to this store today and bought $43.93 in items. I used Apple Pay for the purchase and was given a receipt that showed $43.93. However, before leaving I checked my Apple Wallet app to verify the transaction and found that they had added $30 extra dollars to the transaction for a total of $73.93!!! I went to the cashier and showed him the transaction and he got all nervous and said that he must have hit a wrong button! How can a wrong button have been hit if you gave me a final receipt showing $43.93??? He said he needed to call someone to credit back the $30 but I could go ahead and leave. Mind you, he had taken my original receipt back. I told him and would wait and that he could go ahead and refund the entire order. I waited and held onto the purchased items until he handed me a receipt showing the $73.93 refund & I verified my Apple Wallet app showed the refund. I'll never set foot in this place again and I would suggest others do the same. However, if you feel like you must go here, "BRING CASH!"

Once I finished in Kmart, I walked to VP Beauty Supply. It was a very nice, and clean store. There was nice music that played softly through the store. I looked through the store, and couldn't find the items I was looking for. Do you know what else I couldn't find? The staff! I walked in, and throughout the store, and never saw a single soul! They have an alarm bell that chimes when someone enters and exits the store, so if someone was there, they should have heard me enter. If I were a dishonest, uncaring person, I probably could have made off with a lot of their merchandise. I left empty handed.
