I told a friend about it and they suggested I give Tri-City a tri (see what I did there!). So glad I did! They gave me a quote a 3rd of my previous quote! Not only that, the customer service was very helpful and pleasant, the facilities were very nice, clean, & well kept, & they did a great job on my vehicle. They were able to get the job completed days ahead of the expected completion date and the cost was lower than the original quote. Overall; amazing experience, can't wait to go back! This was a very bad experience. Bart is very rude to his customers. I continued using Tri City Auto…read morebecause of the previous owner. He would claim to repair stuff and never touch it. He would charge you for it. This happened on numerous occasions. This is because I trusted this shop. I have proof of this from other mechanics I used. Sometimes my vehicle would sit at his shop for days until I call him. He would tell me to pick it up the next. I would pay him and a few days later I was back at his shop for the same repair. This happened often because I thought he could be trusted. Now I know. I will never use Tri City Auto again. NEVER.
