After cleaning her dryer vent, they left all this clumpy dirt behind the dryer and mom freaked out. The forgot to cover several vents and dirt blew out of the vents all over her very expensive dining room -- and on top of that, had to return an hour later because they forgot to turn the thermostat back on, and then return the next day to see the dirt they left behind but did NOT apologize, but said that's what happens when you have a dirty HVAC system. Really?? Isn't that why we hired you? Because we have dirty vents? Not for you to make the dirt travel from the ducts to the house furniture! Well, now WE will not use them for our next service later this year, and we are NOT RECOMMENDING that anyone else who wants professional contractors hire them either!
