I went with a back injury after a car accident. Once I went to another PT over a year later she said that this practice has been pushing my back way too hard. The exercises he had me doing was more of an athletic training then a recovery routine. He also told me I couldn't do yoga and since I've started again after leaving and allow my body so stretch I feel so much better. He also seemed to find any reason to touch me, and I know sometimes it was needed but it got to the point I had to ask him to only touch me when absolutely necessary for the PT. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone! Don't go! He would also often show up to morning appts very late, one time actually missing 40 min of my hour long session. I went to my doctor to complain because this is the only place that takes my insurance and she said multiple other women had come to her with similar complaints that he made them uncomfortable.

I used to be a dancer, have a pretty high degree of understanding of body mechanics, and am quite accustomed to taking strict instruction about how to move my body in specific ways. The good PT's are usually given phone work or transportation. It's very uncomfortable to go there with this type of atmosphere. The only reason I do attend my physical therapy there is because transportation is provided. I'm not the only person who feels this way! Many are in the same boat as me, going because they do offer free transportation. Head Quarters should really take some time and look into this matter because someone is going to I get hurt. The direction and some of the staff are more interested in eating, talking on the phone or just bullshitting with each other. I do feel that this is a very serious issue that should be looked into.
