I took my first class wIth Cheryl and received a warm welcome and a challenging class that continues to push me. I've actually become a regular in her class. I've also taken the Power Pilates class twice and I'm pleased to announce that though it was my first time I found it to be a great workout. I've taken the Restorative Yoga class after having a member recommend it. The instructor of that class was Kia( she also taught my second Pilates class) she welcomed me and answered my questions after the class. If you are looking for a new place for your workouts I would definitely recommend visiting. Stephanie, the manager, is wonderful and kind and will help in any way she can. Also the ladies that workout here are extremely nice and helpful. Many times someone will bring a mat or piece of equipment to me, just being nice.

Someone at the office said they were having technical difficulties and weren't able to access their database. I call BS! They had my appointment written down on a sheet of paper along with everyone else's Name, Phone number and address, time and date. Someone dropped the ball and just lost a huge sale. Not to mention leaving me and my family sitting there with no back up plans for dinner. Here's the sad thing for them. I had 3 other families interested in having demos done in their homes based on my experience! I'm a business owner myself and would never blame a technology failure for my lack of responsibility to my client! I always write it down, especially if your going to be going to someone's home. And if they were actually having technical difficulties and knowing they had commitments for the evening, why wouldn't they refer back to their written record or check with the Rep who made the appointment? In February, my sales contact asked if we could pay up front for all of our meat/vegetable service for the whole year. It was understood that the year would be devided into two deliveries. One in February and then one in August. My food was delivered as promised in a February. That delivery contained 1/2 my order for the year which was correct. In August I reached out to my Sales guy to get the 2nd half of my order ready for delivery. My sales contact, Josh, had someone from the office call me to go over my delivery content. I was supposed to receive my delivery mid August and it did not show up. From then on and over the last 4 months, I have reached out dozens of times to several different people at the corporate office and I've either been ignored or I have been promised a delivery that again never happened. Most recently, I spoke to a gentleman named Thomas who was going to "make this right" when I mentioned that I was going to have to retain an attorney in order to get my refund. He was supposed to call me this Monday to move forward with my refund and also even said he would still deliver some meat to make it right and try to gain my trust and business back. I received no call on Monday and it is now Thursday and I have not heard back. I have made calls, left voicemails and sent text messages and no response. I am owed close to $2000 at this point and it's been over 4 months and just want my money back.
