I sat down at their table and wrote out a list of things that I needed to have looked at. As an educated consumer I was prepared to talk about the issues my car was facing and had an idea of what kind of costs it would incur. This did not matter to them, I was posed with questions such as "What Mexican convinced you to buy that car off of their lot?" and "What possessed you to want a Landrover?" I was shocked, there was little talk of business and instead they were questioning why I owned my car at all.
